In this thesis,PANI,Mn O2 and PEDOT were prepared by one-step electrochemical deposition method and they could be used for flexible and all-solid-state supercapacitors electrode directly.The morphologies were observed by scanning electron microscopy?SEM?.Meanwhile,The structures of the final samples were characterized by Fourier transform infrared Spectroscopy?FT-IR?,X-ray diffraction?XRD?and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopic?XPS?.The electrochemical properties of these materials were also studied.The main research contents are as follows:PANI orderly nanotubes array film have been synthesized by a facile template electro-deposition method.In this method,PANI nanotubes were deposited in Au/PC membrane through the cyclic voltammetry.The obtained film of PANI nanotubes array can act as flexible all-solid-state supercapacitor electrode using PVA/H2SO4 served as a solid state electrolyte.The prepared SCs can achieve the maximum areal capacitance of 237.5 mF cm-2.It remains 95.2 % of the initial capacitive value after 2000 cycles at a current density of 1.0 mA cm-2 showing its superior cycling stability.Furthermore,the prepared supercapacitor can power a light-emitting-diode?LED?which meets the practical applications of micro-power supplies.MnO2 porous nanowires were prepared with Au-coated polycarbonate?PC?membrane as a template via a simple electrodeposition method.The achieved MnO2 porous nanowires-based film used as electrode materials and the PVA/LiCl served as the binder and solid state electrolyte to construct supercapacitor electrode.The areal capacitance of supercapacitors can achieve to 44.6 mF cm-2.The supercapacitor demonstrated good flexibility and cyclic stability and can power a lightemitting-diode?LED?.These results have shown that the flexible MnO2 porous nanowires-based flexible electrodes are dramatically promising for application in high performance supercapacitor devices.PEDOT nanotube electrodes doped with different acid and surfactant were obtained by one-step electrochemical deposition method.The areal capacitance of supercapacitors can achieve to 113.5 mF cm-2.It remains 95.5 % of the initial capacitive value after 2000 cycles showing its superior cycling stability.the prepared flexible all-solid-state supercapacitor can power a light-emitting-diode?LED?which meets the practical applications of micro-power supplies.With the dramatically performance,the device can act as a promising candidate for flexible and portable/wearable electronic device energy storage system.
