The Effect On Gelatin Wastewater Quality And Sludge Reduction By Micro Aerobic And Anaerobic Hydrolytic Acidification Pretreatment

This paper comparatively studied at the influence of gelatin wastewater quality through the methods of micro aerobic and anaerobic hydrolysis acidification and the effect of gelatin wastewater sludge reduction by the methods of the pretreatment of hydrolysis acidification and activated sludge process and analysis the microflora in the hydrolysis acidification and SBR reactor through high-throughput sequencing technologies.And following works were done in this thesis:(1)The micro aerobic and anaerobic hydrolysis acidification process was used to change the quality of gelatin wastewater.The effects of hydraulic retention time were explored.The experimental results showed that when the hydraulic retention time was72 h,the COD removal rate of micro aerobic reactor could reach up to 25% at dissolved oxygen as 1.3~1.6mg/L,and that of anaerobic reactor up to 22% at dissolved oxygen as 0.3~0.5mg/L.The content of VFA of micro aerobic reactor was12mg/L,and that of the anaerobic reactor was lower to 8mg/L.The pH of micro aerobic reactor was reduced to 7.5 from original 12.5,and that of the anaerobic reactor was reduced to 8.0.The removal rate of protein for both reactors was more than 90%.However,the ammonia nitrogen of micro aerobic reactor was only about22mg/L,less than that of the anaerobic reactor,which indicated that micro aerobic conditions was beneficial for spread and volatile of ammonia nitrogen.All the data suggested that hydrolytic acidification of micro aerobic reactor was better than anaerobic reactor for the pretreatment of gelatin wastewater.(2)Comparative the treatment effect of gelatin wastewater by three reactor of No.1(HCL adjusting pool + SBR reactor),No.2(micro aerobic hydrolysis acidification reactor+ SBR reactor),No.3(anaerobic hydrolysis acidification reactor +SBR reactor).The experimental results showed that the COD removal rate of No.2 reactor can reach 90%,No.3 reactor can reach 82%,No.1 reactor only is only 78%.The reduction effect of the MLSS,MLVSS,ash in No.2 reactor is better than No.3 reactor,No.3 reactor is better than No.1 reactor.The calcium retention rate of No.2 reactor(95%~105%)is higher than No.1 reactor(77%~88%)and No.3 reactor(90%~99%).It is concluded that No.2 reactor treatment effect is best,which showed that the micro anaerobic hydrolysis acidification pretreatment improved the effect of activated sludge process and has larger contribution to sludge decrement.(3)The microbial community diversity of micro aerobic and anaerobic hydrolysis acidification reactor and three SBR reactor was analyzed by Miseq sequencingmethod based on 16 Sr RNA gene.The focus of this study was analysis and illustrates the composition of microbial community structure on phylum and genus.Sequencing results showed that in the hydrolysis acidification group,the micro aerobic group contains 10 phylum and 100 genus,that in the anaerobic group was 20 phylum and100 genus,in which Proteobacteria,Firmicutes is the dominant species,but the proportion in two reactor is significantly different,the proportion of Proteobacteria in micro aerobic reactor were 77.1%,in anaerobic reactor were 44.0%;the proportion of Firmicutes in micro aerobic reactor were 12.8%,in anaerobic reactor were 48.5%.It showed that the dissolved oxygen content conditions have a effect on the microbial community in hydrolysis acidification reactor.Sequencing results showed that in the activated sludge group of No.1 reactor,No.2 reactor,No.3 reactor,that of the No.1reactor contains 26 phylum and 304 genus,that of the No.2 reactor contains 23 phylum and 275 genus,and the No.3 reactor cotains 23 phylum and 281 genus,in which Proteobacteria,Bacteroidetes is the dominant species,but the proportion in three reactor is significantly different,the proportion of Proteobacteria in three reactor were 53%,62.6%,73%,the proportion of Bacteroidetes in three reactor were35.7%,28.4%,15.8%.It showed that the influent water have a certain effect on the microbial community.
