Because of its excellent catalytic and ultraviolet absorption performance,non-toxic,stable chemical properties,nano-TiO2 are widely used in light catalysis and light electric fields.In actual production,nano-TiO2 often exists in the form of thin films.However,the preparation of large area,controllable thickness is still a difficult problem.Ink-jet printing has been a great method due to its high utilization rate of the precursor,controllable of the thickness,simple operation.For the preparation of nano-TiO2 thin film by ink-jet printing,the dispersion of the ink is the most important.This acticle is aimed to prepare nano-TiO2 ink used for self-cleaning glass and ultraviolet detection device,study the nature and law of decentralized system.The research content is divided into two parts,one is to prepare anatase TiO2 nanoparticles which is about 10 nm by solvent hot method.This type of TiO2 has high photocatalytic activity,good electron injection and transmission performance,which is suitable for self-cleaning glass and ultraviolet detection device.This topic has studied the reactant of isopropyl alcohol and distilled water in the influence of the grain size and grain type of nano-TiO2.The results reflected that isopropyl alcohol and distilled water inhibits the grown-up of the grain.Differrent from distilled water,isopropyl alcohol played a role for promoting the anatase phase.When isopropyl alcohol is 30 ml,distilled water is 10 ml,the right TiO2 is formed.Next,the dispersion mechanism of nano-TiO2 has been studied,including the influence of pH and dispersant.The results showed that the isoelectric point of is p H=4.6 in the water.When thepHis the isoelectric point,the dispersion is the most terrible.When p H=9,the dispersion is the best.If 1 g nano-TiO2 is added into100 ml water,0.002 g sodium hexametaphosphates more is good for diaperation.The absorbance is 0.895,the average particle size of 131.5 nm.
