Based on grouper,South America white shrimp,fish and sweet-scented osmanthus,etc as the research object,through the preparation and optimization of molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction column on the sample pretreatment and chromatographic conditions optimization research,established a molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction and gas chromatography,high performance liquid chromatography coupled to the research method of respectively corresponding application in aquatic products acetyl eugenol,eugenol,methyl iso-eugenol,methyl eugenol,iso-eugenol five drug residue detection and analysis of six kinds of eugenol drug residues in aquatic products.The main experimental results and the content is as follows:1?Optimization of Molecularly imprinted polymers(MIPs)for EugenolA molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction optimization results show that choosing methylacrylic acid as functional monomer,dichloromethane as solvent molecular weight polymer can make the extraction of the preparation of the average recovery of 86.95%;Choose acetic acid(9:1,v/v)methanol elution 35 h and methanol elution 6h solution to elution of template molecules,the template molecules can be cleared.Through the response surface analysis template molecule and functional monomer,crosslinking agent the best proportion is 1:4.55:23.21;2?Determination of five kinds of clove phenol anesthetic in aquatic product by HPLC with Moieculariy Imprinted solid phase ExtractionA new method of molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction(MISPE)combined with highperformance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was developed for detecting five kinds of clove phenol anesthetic in aquatic product.Sample selection of methanol solvent can make five cloves phenolic compounds recovery rate reached90%;Eluent selection and methanol: acetic(9:1,v/v)acid solution can make fivecloves phenolic compounds recovery more than 90%;The result showed that linear response data were obained in the concentration range of 0.05 ~ 10 ?g/mL for five kinds of clove phenol anesthetic with correlation coefficients from 0.99983 to0.99997,and the limits of quantitative were 0.05 mg/kg.The method of sample recovery rate was 82.04% ~ 99.29% with the relative standard deviations ranging from 0.06% ~ 3.96%.The new established method is simple and fast,accurate and feasible,which can be successfully applied for the determination of five kinds of clove phenol anesthetic in aquatic product and their metabolin with low solvent consumption.3 Determination of clove phenol anesthetic in aquatic product by GC with Moieculariy Imprinted solid phase ExtractionA new method of molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction(MISPE)combined with gas chromatography(GC)was developed for detecting kinds of clove phenol anesthetic in aquatic product.A molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction optimization results show that seting the sample solvent volume 25.97 mL,the flow rate of 7.6 mL/min and the eluent volume of 3.04 mL can get the average recovery to95.33%,and RSD to 1.62%.Six kinds of eugenol compounds in the concentration range of 0.05 ~ 10 g/mL has a good linear relationship,its linear coefficient is above0.9990,eugenol,eugenol,methyl eugenol,methyl iso-eugenol,eugenol acetate,acetyl iso-eugenol loq were 0.13?0.12?0.08?0.11?0.14?0.10 mg/kg mg/kg.Recovery for the experiments show that MISPE sample recovery rate was 81.25% ~ 96.00%,RSD was 0.74% ~ 4.34%.
