UV-curing three dimension printing(3D printing)technology combines the injection molding technology and light curing technology,has many characteristics,such as forming of high precision,fast molding.At present,the formation mechanism and curing mechanism of photo-curable 3D printing materials are lack of in-depth study,which makes it difficult to meet the requirements of 3D printing.In this paper,epoxy acrylate based UV-curing 3D printing materials as the research object,the mechanism of UV-curing 3D printing was studied through the mathematical modeling and experimental verification.The injection performance requirements of the material were discussed,and the influence of the material performance parameters on the printing forming was analyzed.At the same time,the curing mechanism of epoxy acrylate based photo-curable 3D printing materials was studied.The effect of the curing parameters of the materials on the molded parts was discussed.In this paper,the jet mechanism of epoxy acrylate based UV-curing 3D printing materials was studied.The effect of viscosity,surface tension and R / W value on the ejection performance of epoxy acrylate based photo-curable 3D printing materials was investigated through the mathematical modeling.The results showed that the epoxy acrylate based UV-curing 3D printing material had the best viscosity when the viscosity was between 10 ~ 25 mPa · s and the R / W between 2 and 3.Then the forming mechanism of the UV-curing 3D printing material was studied.The mathematical model of droplet spreading was established,and the influence of droplet diameter on the molding surface was predicted and verified by the light-cured 3D printer.The results showed that the measured value of droplet diameter was close to the predicted value,which proved that the model had high reference value.The shape of the molding surface was related to the droplet diameter and printing resolution.The accuracy and thickness of the molding surface could be predicted by calculation.Finally,the curing mechanism of epoxy acrylate based UV-curing 3D printing materials was studied and the effects of photoinitiator on the photo-curable properties and the strength of the cured materials were discussed.It was confirmed that the epoxy acrylate based UV-curing 3D printing material with the addition of 4 % of the compound photoinitiator 369 + ITX(1:1)had the best UV-curing performance and the highest strength of the cured material.
