Transparent conducting glass has been commonly used as substrate in Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells?DSSC?.It is necessary for the research of the flexible DSSC due to the application limited of the DSSC based on glass.In this thesis,the TiO2 photoanodes were prepared through different methods aimed to the all transparent flexible DSSC.The preparation parameters were optimized and revealed the influence for the properties of DSSC.Firstly,based on the TiO2 nanoparticles photoanode which prepared by the doctor blade technology,the preparation of TiO2 pastes were optimized.The photoanode was decorated with TiO2 nanowire and grapheme oxide?GO?and treated by the compression method,the influence of additive amount and pressure value for the photoelectric properties of DSSC were systematically studied.It was revealed that the TiO2 paste with the small particle size gel as additive showed the optimum properties.Besides,the electron transport rate of photoanode and the photoelectric properties of DSSC could be improved through all of the above treated method.The highest power conversion efficiency?PCE?of DSSC was 5.22% while GO and compression method was utilized.Secondly,the TiO2 nanostructure was synthesized on the surface of PEN via the in-situ solvothermal method.The influence of solvothermal reaction parameters?reaction temperature,reaction time,additive amount of K2TiO?C2O4?2,and solvent ratios?for the morphology and structure of photoanode and the photoelectric properties of DSSC were discussed.Based on the optimal solvothermal reaction parameters,the pretreatment parameters?types of titanium source,preparation method,crystallization time,and crystallization condition?of PEN were studied.The effects of pretreatment parameters for the properties of DSSC were revealed.The result showed that the Ti{OCH?CH3?2}4 crystal seed layer spin-coating on the PEN substrate which treated with high pressure hydrothermal method could obtain the TiO2 nanoarray via suitable solvothermal method.On the optimal solvothermal reaction parameters condition?145°C,12 h,0.002 mol K2TiO?C2O4?2,H2O:PEG=1:1?that the 1.49% of PCE was acquired.Finally,in order to solve the weak crystallinity and uncontrollable morphology of TiO2,the TiO2 film was transferred from Titanium surface to the PEN surface through the transfer method.The effect of pressure value and TiO2 morphology for the photoelectric properties of DSSC were investigated.It was revealed that the transfer method could obtain the superior crystalline and controllable morphology of TiO2 on the surface of PEN.The photoelectric properties of DSSC have obviously improved after transferred.Besides,the TiO2 nanoparticles photoanode exhibited the 5.84% of PCE after transferred and the TiO2 nano branches modified by the nanoparticles showed the 4.82% of PCE.
