| With the development of science and technology,the production process and technology of injection molding tend to be mature,profit margin of production process is gradually compressed,while there is still a large room to improve in logistics and scheduling field.For Chinese injection molding enterprises,the problem of unreasonable workshop layout and production scheduling is obvious.In this paper according to the actual demands of the injection molding enterprise,the layout and production simulation of the injection molding workshop are carried out.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Systematic layout planning is researched.The actual situation of enterprise is considered.And according to the injection molding process and the demands of the function areas of workshop,the relation between the function areas is analyzed to design the layout of whole workshop.A three dimensional virtual workshop and virtual device library are built.Then the 3D virtual workshop is used to adjust the workshop layout.(2)In this paper,minimizing the makespan in the parallel machine scheduling problem with constrained condition is analyzed,and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem.The corresponding logic program is designed and the simulation model of production scheduling is established on the basis of Plant Simulation software.The effect of genetic algorithm parameters on the solution is analyzed.And the scheduling software is written,then the optimal schedule is obtained.(3)The corresponding simulation model is set up on the basis of workshop layout.According to the production process and logistics handling,the parameters of each object are set.And according to the logic relationship of production,the program is designed.Through the simulation system of virtual operation,production system is analyzed to determine the number and speed of the AGV,the capacity of the temporary storage area and usage of production equipment.Production system is optimized. |
