In order to reduce the sulfur emissions in the process of combustion of high organic sulfur coal,and to respond to the harmless treatment and municipalization of municipal sludge,this paper uses calcium oxide as a link to treat municipal sludge and high organic sulfur coal,in order to achieve the goal of harmless ?resources use of municipal sludge and clean combustion of high organic sulfur coal.High organic sulfur coal of He-Nan Yi-Luo,and municipal sludge of Zhe-jiang Jia-Xing were used.The water?sulfur?calorific value and chemical composition of high sulfur coal and municipal sludge were tested respectively,the total bacterial and heavy metal contents of municipal sludge were also analysed.Alkaline sludge with calcium is a mixed product of municipal and calcium oxide.The rational proportion of calcium oxide is 20%,and the water content of alkaline sludge with calcium can be reduced to ablut 50%,at the same time,the total number of bacteria and heavy metals in the alkaline sludge with calcium meet the standard value of municipal sludge.The alkaline sludge with calcium was used as sulfur fixing agen tand binder material,and material Fe2O3 was used as additive,when the proportion of alkaline sludge with calcium is less than 30%,and the proportion of Fe2O3 is less than 3%,the calorific value of clean coal briquette meets the standard of power coal(>20MJ/kg).Using the sulfur-fixing rate as constraint,using the Design-expert8.0.5 as analyzing tool,the relationship between sulfur-fixing rate the influence factors was established :sulfur-fixing rate = 59.91+4.91A+0.52B+2.50C+0.05AB-0.03AC+0.04 BC +0.06A2-3.58B2-0.29C2,and the influence of different factor is A(alkaline sludge with calcium)> C(the addition amount of additive)> B(combustion temperature),and the sorted of interaction influence is AB>BC>AC;The analysis of TG-DTG about alkaline sludge with calcium,high organic sulfur coal and sulfur-fixing briquette showed that: the alkaline sludge with calcium was burning faster and the temperature was low,the high organic sulfur coal was burning slowly,and the burning curve of sulfur-fixing briquette was between the other two;the kinetic paramerers of high organic sulfur coal and sulfur-fixing clean coal showed that the activation energy of high organic sulfur coal with alkaline sludge can be reduced from-85.782 kj/mol to-51.895 kj/mol,which can promote the combustion of sulfur-fixing briquette and reduce the activation energy of sulfur-fixing briquette;The conten of Ca(44.21%)in the ash of sulfur-fixing briquette is high,and the heavy metal Cr and Pb are mainly in the form of hydroxide with 64.41% and 82.31% respectively.Compared with the municipal sludge Cr and Pb with 30%~50%,the effect is obvious and stable;the calorific value is 21.89MJ/kg,and the ash is 18.21%,both meet the criteria.Under the condition of forming pressure 40 KN and forming time 3 min,the industrial briquette can be produced with compressive strength(> 600 N of each one)?falling strength(>80%)and water immersion strength(>200N of each one).
