Mine gas disaster has been one of the most important factors that affect the coal mine safety production in our country.Making full use of the mass gas monitoring data in the database of coal mine monitoring system and effectively analyzing,to achieve accurate and reliable gas anomaly diagnosis and trend prediction,will significantly improve the mine gas disaster warning ability.Aiming at the mass gas monitoring data in the database of coal mine safety monitoring and monitoring system,this paper puts forward the mine gas trend analysis and safety assessment method based on K line principle,its main research is as follows:(1)Put forward the gas K line function,and study the expression of the gas K line diagram.Combined with the complicated and changeable environment and gas monitoring situation,the paper sums up seven kinds of single gas K line shape features and monitoring meaning of them.At the same time of inducing the abnormal pattern,the gas abnormal pattern is studied from the angle of K line,and the conclusion is drawn that the coal and gas outburst is Marubozu form and so on.Based on this,the diagnostic criteria of gas abnormal line K line were established,the gas abnormal K line diagnostic program was compiled with VB.NET programming language,and 105 different mine gas K line anomaly sequences were mixed diagnosis,the results show that the accuracy rate is 93.3 %,and the universality is strong.(2)The model system of coal mine gas index is established,including the total index layer and the sub exponential layer,and the sub exponential layer divides the plate index and the user-defined index.And equal weight method,variation coefficient method and volume method three weight methods were compared,the coefficient of variation methods is more important than equal weight method,the volume method makes the gas index have a definite physical meaning that the gas ratio of the conclusion.PDS mineral monitoring data are extracted and analyzed with gas index: in the maintenance period of total gas fluctuation index including the calibration work is intense,human impact rather than the real condition of underground gas,gas in the rest of the time the index can reflect the underground gas quality,has the important reference significance.(3)The application of 5 K line trend index technology in mine gas monitoring and warning is validated,each index were MA,EMA,MACD,RSI and BIAS model and according to its theoretical foundation and calculation model,the corresponding software is developed,applied to mine gas monitoring;gas technology index based on the index,through analyzing and researching on the K-line form and trend index of technology combination,so as to realize the real-time analysis and assessment of early warning of mine gas state.(4)On the basis of gas K line principle,mine gas index and gas K line trend index,abnormal diagnosis and early warning database of mine gas was designed,and the system software is developed to realize the real-time analysis,diagnosis and early warning of the gas status in the mine.
