PM2.5 is one of the main pollutants in the atmosphere,which has a serious impact on human health and the environment.The standard that Ministry of Environmental Protection set is becoming increasingly stringent.Reducing PM2.5 emissions has become an urgent problem to be solved.The electrostatic precipitator(ESP)has a wide range of applications and a high amount of flue gas treatment,but the collection efficiency of fine particles is low.The main reason is that the turbulent motion which results in io nic wind strongly affects the distribution of charged particles.In this paper,a type of perforated plate is designed to reduce the disturbance of ionic wind.The discharge mechanism of the perforated plate structure and the motion state of the fine particle in the perforated plate structure are studied.The experimental construction dust was chosen as the research object,which was mainly composed of construction dusts and unburned pulverized coal.In order to verify the fine dust collection quality of perforated plate electrostatic precipitator(PPESP),the traditional electrostatic precipitator(TESP)as contrast experiment,comparison of PPESP and TSEP of fine dust collection efficiency between pulverized coal and construction dusts in different experiment conditions,results show that:With different voltages,discharge current of wire perforated plate is a little higher than that of the wire plate structure,but the discharge current different value is not obvious.The ion concentration and the charge effect of fine particle in the two kinds of discharge structures have little difference.With the same gas velocity,effect of diversion ion wind dust by perforated plate,the PM2.5 collection efficiency of PPESP is higher than the TESP.Therefore,the ion wind is an important factor that can not be ignored in the analysis of the dust removal efficiency and the movement of fine particle.The flue gas velocity is less than 1.5m/s,the PPESP collection efficiency of fine construction dust is higher than that of the ESP;gas velocity is higher than 1.5m/s,the scouring effect on wire perforated plate is too large,fine construction dust collection efficiency of PPESP is lower than that of the ESP.In PPESP,Under coupling of electric field force and ionic wind force,the collection efficiency of fine construction dust and pulverized coal increases first and then decreases,and the difference between them decreases gradually,with the increase of the voltage.In PPESP,the collection efficiency trend of fine co nstruction dust between construction dust and pulverized coal climbs up and then decline with the increase of gas velocity.Due to the different density of construction dust and pulverized coal,When PM2.5 collection efficiency of the two kinds of power is the highest,the best gas velocity is different.
