In this paper,different treatments of“Angeleno”as test materials,using high performance liquid chromatography 1-MCP(1-methylcyclopropene),ethylene treatment and control and cold storage different treatments after Li fruit refrigerated variation products and endogenous hormone contents during secondary metabolism were studied to provide reference for the effective regulation of nutritional value and flavor during refrigerated storage quality of plum fruit,has very important significance to promote the development of Li industry.The main conclusions were as follows:1.Study on the change of material types and content of polyphenols during different treatment of Angeleno plum fruit storageSpecies identification of plum fruit during refrigerated polyphenols by HPLC,were detected during plum fruit polyphenols including 2 phenolic acids refrigerated: caffeic acid,ferulic acid,xanthan-3-alcohols: catechin,epicatechin,rutin;flavonol;the highest content of epicatechin,and use the method of 1-MCP,ethylene treatment and control and coldstorage different processing Li fruit polyphenol content changes during refrigerated storage,The results showed that Li fruits treated with 1-MCP and 1-MCP-H were refrigerated for 0-25 d,caffeic acid,epicatechin,ferulic acid content increased,and higher than that of CK Li fruit,catechin,rutin content during the whole storage decreased,and the content of value was less than the CK Li fruit.The results showed that 1-MCP treatment can effectively inhibit the caffeic acid,catechin,the surface decreased the content of ferulic acid,more significant inhibitory effect on cold storage during the period of 0-25 d,but accelerated the degradation of catechin,rutin;The content of epicatechin,catechin and rutin in the Li fruits of treated with ethylene-H and ethylene decreased gradually,and all of them were smaller than CK,caffeic acid,ferulic acid and the control were not significant,The results showed that ethylene treatment promoted the decrease of epicatechin,catechin and rutin in cold storage;The cold after ripening plum fruit polyphenols and storage of plum fruit was not significantly different.2.Different treatments of Angeleno plum fruit during cold storage and variation of proanthocyanidin contentThe use of HPLC plum fruit proanthocyanidins detection method,and this method is analyzed,the proanthocyanidins content of plum fruit during cold storage of different treatment results showed that 1-MCP and 1-MCP-H of plum fruit proanthocyanidin content in 0-50 d were higher than the same period of control and ethylene treatment during cold storage and by Li Guoshi,and refrigerated after ripening plum fruit compared to delayed proanthocyanidins peak time,so that will accelerate the ripening treatment of proanthocyanidins degradation,decreased fruit nutritional quality,while 1-MCP treatment can effectively inhibit the degradation of proanthocyanidins,prolong storage time,reduce the storage quality deterioration.3.Study on the changes of the type and content of endogenous hormone during different treatment of Angeleno plum fruit storageBy using high performance liquid chromatography with diode array detector was established analysis of endogenous hormone types of Angeleno plum fruit,using the method of different treatments during plum fruit refrigerated endogenous hormone contents and variation,the results show that the detection that plum fruit cold storage contains the Zt,ABA,IAA,GA3,Zt and ABA increased and 1-MCP Zt plum fruit and ABA content were lower than the control;the IAA and GA3 content was first increased and then decreased,and 1-MCP 1-MCP-H and the peak of plum fruit GA3 content compared to storage 25 d,IAA content decreased slowly,therefore,accelerate the senescence of fruit ripening and softening treatment,1-MCP promote Zt With the decrease of ABA content,the decline rate of IAA and GA3 was delayed,the higher IAA and GA3 contents were maintained,and the senescence and softening of plum fruits were inhibited.
