In this paper,according to the geological conditions of 1905 S mining roadway in the changcheng No.3 mine,through field investigation and theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,physical simulation and industrial experiment research,make a deep research on the control of surrounding rock in in inclined rectangular roadway with deep hard roof.It is established the bearing structure mechanics model of the deep inclined rectangular roadway by theoretical analysis,the support parameters are designed for the roadway sides,and the support parameter design of roadway roof is carried out by using composite beam theory.Through numerical simulation,the deformation and failure law of surrounding rock under different support schemes are calculated,and the supporting parameters of the deep inclined rectangular roadway are obtained with the evaluation system of the supporting scheme in the changcheng No.3 mine.The damage and stress distribution law of the surrounding rock in the rectangular roadway with deep hard roof is studied by physical similarity test and it is obtained the support scheme can ensure the stability of roadway.The supporting scheme is applied to engineering practice,anchor stress and roadway surface displacement are analyzed during the excavation of roadway and mining of working face.The results show that the design of the supporting scheme can effectively control the deformation of roadway,through the engineering practice proves that the value of the research results.The numerical simulation method is used to analyze the influence of coal mining face on the stress distribution characteristics of coal seam edge and the stress distribution and deformation characteristics of surrounding rock of roadway with different coal pillar width.The rationalization proposal for the width of coal pillar is put forward.
