Three-product cyclone classification screen as a new and efficient fine-grained coal classification equipment,has a very important research value and application prospects.In this paper,the distribution of the flow field,velocity,pressure and flow in the sieve width and height direction of the column sieve is analyzed,which is helpful to improve the cyclone Field grading theory,and provides important theoretical and practical significance for the optimization of equipment structure of three-product cyclone classification screen.In this paper,the main structural components of the three-product cyclone classification screen are introduced.The working principle of the three-product cyclone classification screen and the main form of the internal fluid are introduced in detail.Based on the previous study,the theoretical analysis of the effect of the "cutting" and the "differential pressure" in the flow field of the three-stage cyclone sieving process was carried out.At the same time,the radial force of the mineral particles in the threeproduct cyclone classification screen was introduced.In this paper,the three-dimensional modeling software Solidworks is used to build three sets of three-product cyclone classification screen flow model with different sieve width specifications,and the coordinate agreement is carried out.Three kinds of flow field models are processed by ANSYS ICEM software.The basic model of the numerical simulation is introduced into the FLUENT,and the internal flow field information of the three-product cyclone classification screen is calculated by iteration.In this paper,through the numerical simulation method,the internal fluid motion trajectory of the three-product cyclone classification screen is taken as an example to analyze the internal fluid motion.In the aspect of structural parameters,the variation law of the height direction and radial pressure field distribution of the inner column section of the three product swirl sieves was analyzed by changing the sieve width.Then,the distribution of the velocity field of the three-product swirl grade sieve column with different sieve width is given,and the specific flow distribution of the underflow,overflow and sieve flow is obtained and analyzed.In the operating parameters: by changing the inlet flow analysis of three products swirl classification sieve internal pressure field changes,and come to the export flow distribution.The relationship between the export flow and the inlet flow is obtained by the different inlet flow and the distribution flow relation table,and the detailed relationship between the outlet flow and the inlet flow of the three products is given.In this paper,the effect of sieve width and inlet flow on the flow field of the column section is helpful to the optimization of the subsequent structure of the threeproduct cyclone classification screen and the adjustment of some process parameters.
