Changes in global climate have made carbon emissions a focus of concern. After entering the Kyoto era,the world's cooperation in dealing with climate change is the trend. How to minimize carbon emissions is one of the important issues that governments consider when developing energy and economic policies. As the world's second largest economy and the largest carbon exporter, the Chinese government attaches great importance to climate change, and carbon reduction as an important issue into long-term economic and social development planning.Climate change is a hot issue of concern for political and academic circles.China as the largest carbon exporter, international negotiations and emission reduction pressure is growing.30 years of reform and opening up,China's steady and rapid economic development, and achieved great success.Gross domestic product increased from 575.86 billion yuan in 1995 to 346.664 billion yuan in 2013.In the rapid development of China's economy,as one of the "three engines" one of the import and export trade contribution,in the national economic development plays an important role in China's accession to the WTO,China's import and export volume was explosive growth,20% growth rate gradually developed. From 1978 to 2010,China's total import and export growth of 16.8%,not only established the status of China's largest exporter, but also created a huge output value and employment, and promote the sustained growth of the domestic economy.2010 China's total import and export of goods 297.28 billion US dollars,is the world's second largest trading country, but also the largest exporter, foreign trade for many years to maintain a surplus. However, because China is a developing country, most of the foreign trade in China is trade with developed countries.According to the division of the market, our country maintains the growing trade surplus at the expense of self energy and resource consumption and environmental pollution.Long-term exportoriented economy, mainly in the economic structure is extensive economic growth model. For the analysis of carbon strength,it has become a hotspot in recent years. Many scholars at home and abroad have carried out empirical analysis on the carbon intensity and its influencing factors in various industries in China. Most of them are from energy structure effect, energy intensity effect and output value Than the effect of factors such as decomposition of carbonintensity. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, including the background of the topic, the writing idea of the thesis, the innovation and the difficult point of the paper. The second part is the literature review, from the influence of international trade on carbon emissions and foreign direct investment,The third part is the analysis of the regional differences of carbon intensity in China. The difference of carbon intensity in the region is described by visualization method, and the carbon intensity of each region is measured by the Tyr index Of the regional differences. In the fourth part, the carbon intensity of the seven regions(East China,Central China,South China,North China,Northwest China,Southwest and Northeast China)was analyzed and tested by panel data from 28 provinces and regions in 2005 and 2013.Foreign trade, foreign direct investment and foreign direct investment, and measure the relationship between the variables in order to find out the impact of import and export trade on the national carbon intensity. The fifth part is the conclusion and policy recommendations, clarify the different regions of China's economic growth and the specific provinces of different regions on the contribution of carbon intensity, pointing out the key factors affecting the national carbon intensity and key areas to promote regional carbon intensity decline with the national carbon The strength of the decline of the benign interaction, the smooth realization of carbon emission reduction targets to provide basis and reference.
