The smart response polymer is one type of polymers that undergoes physical or chemical changes by the stimuli of external environmental conditions.By introducing the responsive factors,adhesion and lubricating properties on the polymer surface can be well regulated,which will exhibit important guiding significance on the design of no-loss transmission devices,microfluidic devices and artificial joint preparation.First hydrogels combined with photo-responsive ?-cyclodextrin / polyoxyethylene supramolecular network and high strength polyacrylamide/polyvinyl alcohol double network was fabricated.By introducing pyridine 1-p-azobenzene benzyl bromide,the assembly-disassembly of ?-cyclodextrin and polyoxyethylene supramolecular system is regulated by UV light.The disassembled ?-cyclodextrin and polyoxyethylene are wept onto surface and form a lubricating layer to achieve the lubrication of the surface of the hydrogel;followed by UV irradiation,?-cyclodextrin and Polyethylene oxide assembled again to form a hydrogel.Herein in this part we construct the supramolecular tough hydrogel to realize the photo-response lubrication on the hydrogel surface simultaneously the material keeps a high mechanical strength,and also reversible by the UV light.This part work will offer a new way on the design of photo-responsive lubricating device.Secondly by using N-isopropylacrylamide,N-isopropyl methacrylamide,[2-(methacryloyloxy)ethyl] phosphate monomers,the copolymer brushes were fabricated by atom transfer radical polymerization.The adhered and wettable properties exhibited three-staged region following temperature and pH change.The surface roughness of the polymer film was also changed with the T and pH under the observation of AFM.In this paper,light-responsive lubricating hydrogel was fabricated by combining supramolecular noncovalent network and covalent double network;Secondly,three-stage adhered and wettable polymer brush surface was designed on the response of temperature and pH.The work will provide new ideas for the preparation of responsive smart devices.
