The dry eye symptoms,also known as "xerophthalmia ",the discomfort of the dry eye symptom is caused by a variety of reasons.The disease is manifested as the surface of the eye and the water of retina's abnormalities and that will cause dry eye pains,severe pains spread to the eye and the head.Recently,it is the common clinical disease of the ophthalmology department,but there is no effective cure.Since 1908,people began to use artificial tears treatment,after the seventies,the artificial tears was used in clinic and the polymer similar mucins was made into artificial tears to extend the wetting time to moisten the eye surface.At present,all kinds of tears are commonly used in clinical replacement to increase the total amounts of tears and improve mobility,and reduce the frictions between the corneas and conjunctival dry parts,relieve the dry symptoms,increase the comfort of the human eye.The time of the current artificial tears' water retention in the eye surfaces is short,the time of playing a moisturizing effect is short,it is used frequently,but the effect of moisturizing is not obvious.Gel preparation is less fluid than artificial tears,and it has a long time to stay on the surface of the eyeball,so it becomes one of the hotspots of ophthalmic preparation.Hyaluronic acid is an acidic mucopolysaccharide,it mainly comes from the biological fermentation,it has unique molecular structures and it can reveal the unique physical and chemical properties,in the body that shows a variety of important physiological functions,one of the important functions is that it has a special role of maintain moisture,it is one of the best moisturizing substances currently found in nature,known as the ideal natural moisturizing factor.A certain concentration of hyaluronic acid eye gel has a good moisturizing effect,the gel has strong adhesion in the use,the residence time is long,that can extend the moisturizing time and reduce the number of use,it has no obvious side effects and it is security.Because of the characteristics of the viscosity,content,ph and other quality attributes are difficult to achieve homogeneous in the production process of gel preparation.In the gel preparation,the determination method of sodium hyaluronate is more complex.In this experiment,sodium hyaluronate is used as the main moisturizing and lubricating ingredients,which is combined with carbomer 940 which has special viscoelasticity and lubricity,to make an eye gel,the rationality of the prescription was verified.The near infrared spectral analysis technology is used to study quality.The sample's spectrograms were correlated with the content of sodium hyaluronate,pH and relative viscosity.It can monitor the key parameters of the sample qualities rapidly.The feasibility study of this method proved that the prepared ophthalmic gel was effective and stable.The technology of NIRS is used in sodium hyaluronate gel quality evaluation,the PLS quantitative analysis model parameters are as follows:Rc=0.9851,Rp=0.9374,RMSEC=0.405,RMSEP=0.621.Near infrared spectral analysis technology is used in the prediction of the pH value of the gel samples,the PLS analysis of model parameters are as follows:Rc=0.9847,Rp=0.9930,RMSEC=0.227,RMSEP= 0.176.
