Domestic coal mining exists underground,mining and construction work together,complex mining operations,due to the time and cost requirements,coal mining operations are generally cross-construction.Although this method of exploitation has shortened the working time to a large extent,it has also brought higher risk values and will face more difficulties in the safe management of underground operations.Therefore,the overall reduction of the number of potential safety hazards caused by cross-cutting operations has become the top priority of cross-coal operations safety management.The research object of this paper is to study the safety management of cross-operation,comprehensively consider the relationship between the mining problem and the risk size in the harsh mining conditions,and the dynamic risk change rule caused by the coal mining process and the mining situation change.Based on the application of hazard source identification and evaluation methods,the form and detailed restriction methods of hazard sources under intrinsic safety are obtained.An organizational structure suitable for cross-operation in coal mines is also prepared,and a safety management Delivery mechanism.After the management of this thesis,the paper applied the 6601 working face of Yangcun Coal Mine and analyzed the practical application of this theory,which not only supplemented the safety management system under cross-operation but also improved the safety management of mining face under complex conditions Level.
