Abstract/Summary:
Polypropylene has small density and light weight,polyester has high modulus and elasticity.Both blended,will produce good elasticity,light quality,warmth retention property good special effects.Therefore,mixtures of polyester and polypropylene are widely used as filler in thermal underwear,cotton-padded clothes,quilts and other textiles,fibre content analysis is more and more of their products.Identification of textile fibers is analyzed by means of burning behavior、Microscopy and Solubility Method.For quantitative chemical analysis,at present,the international standard ISO 1833-16:2006and the China standard GB/T 2910.16-2009 are using xylene method to detect mixtures of polyester and polypropylene.Xylene is a kind of carcinogen,harmful to the experimenter,and its test requirements are high,the operation is not very convenient.In order to better for the fibre content analysis of mixtures of polyester and polypropylene,therefore,I adopt the non-standard methods(NaOH method,H2SO4 method)are analyzed in test.The test results of non-standard methods compared with standard method,the same sample test results are basically identical.Compared to xylene method and H2SO4 method,NaOH method has lower toxicity,operation more convenient,and lower requirements for test condition.I recommend using NaOH method.Then I optimize the NaOH method,the final optimization results choose reagent 35%sodium hydroxide solution(weight/volume percentage),reaction temperature 90℃,the reaction time of 15 min.Finally,35%sodium hydroxide method to detect the uncertainty evaluation.
