In recent years,with the rapid development of e-commerce,it is popular to buy fresh products on the Internet.For fresh cold chain logistics transport packaging,should have a high thermal insulation and anti-impact performance.Refrigerated truck and ship in the overall transportation proportion is extremely small,some of the key logistics nodes lack of refrigeration,cold storage facilities under the condition that the packaging needs to undertake to maintain the contents of low temperature fresh,low rate of loss responsibility.At present,the foam box which is made of polystyrene material is widely used in our country.It is difficult to degrade and recycle.How to make the express packaging green up,to find alternative foam box of cardboard boxes,cold chain logistics packaging is an urgent problem to be solved.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Selection of cold chain logistics in the most widely used SF No.3 foam box as a comparison object,choose environmentally friendly materials which are kraft paper,aluminum foil composite materials,stone paper composite material,PE composite material made of corrugated boxes,and filter the air column bag box low thermal conductivity than polystyrene foam as insulation buffer material for corrugated box,and the carton that without air column bag were compared.Design two kinds of corrugated boxes which inner volume are the same with foam box.(2)Set the standard,high,low temperature and humidity conditions respectively in these three kinds of conditions to produce single kraft corrugated box.double corrugated box.aluminum foil composite corugated box.stone composite paper corrugated box,PE composite corrugated box for 24 hours,to test the side pressure strength,bursting strength,puncture strength and compressive strength of empty corugated box.(3)In three kinds of temperature and humidity conditions,set different dosage ice bag in foam box,five kinds of carton box air column bag have been loaded,five kinds of carton box with air column bag.Loading each box in same quantity of ice bag.Recording the change of temperature and humidity inside the container then compare with foam and all kinds of box.Under the same condition,select the box can instead of foam box.(4)In three temperature and humidity conditions,which are respectively arranged in the easily damaged strawberry to stimulate transport experiments.The change of temperature and humidity is close to the empty box.By dropping and vibration experiments to stimulate flitting and transporting vibration.The results of mechanical property have reached the transport requirements.Under the standard and low temperature and humidity condition,the change of five kinds of carton box are the same with the foam box.Under the high temperature and humidity condition,only PE composite corrugated box within the air column bag have the same effect with the foam box and replace the it.According to the change of strawberry before and after the stimulation,it can be inferred that box within air column bag is superior to the foam box in the cushioning protection properties.The materials selected in the experiment are all environmentally friendly substrates,and have excellent cushioning properties.The composite material of stone paper composite,PE composite,and air column bag has never been used in the packaging of cold chain logistics.It expands the scope of research in the field...
