In recent years, with the social progress and the continuous development of human civilization, the pollution of heavy metals of environment is often seen. So,it is imperative to carry out real-time monitoring and rapid analysis of heavy metals in the environment.Electro-chemical detection method because of its advantages such as high sensitivity, low cost, easy operation and suitable for field operation conditions and so on becomes current research focus. In this study,we used porous Ti/TiO2 electrode?carbon paste electrode and chemically modified electrode to detect heavy metals in water, the main contents are as following:(1)Made porous Ti/TiO2 electrode by hydrothermal and heat treatment method, and used photo deposition instead of conventional electro-deposition to detect heavy metals in water(Cu2+ and Pb2+)by differential pulse voltammetry.Studied the effect of preparation conditions(time of hydrothermal, temperature and calcination temperature and so on)on the performance of porous Ti/TiO2 electrode. The optimal experimental parameters are determined by optimizing the experimental parameters.Realized smultaneous detection of heavy metals in water, and the sensitivity of the electrode is good, proved the porous Ti/TiO2 electrode could be used for detective low concentration Cu2+ and Pb2+,the sensitivity is 0.45 mAmg-1L?0.1075 mAmg-1L?0.135mAmg-1L.(2)Used carbon paste electrode to detect heavy metals(Cu2+?Pb2+ and Cd2+)in water and determine the optimal experimental parameters. The detection of heavy metals(Cu2+?Pb2+and Cd2+)in water with low concentration was realized, and lay a solid foundation for subsequent experiments, the sensitivity is 1.45?Amg-1L?8.33?Amg-1L?4.00?Amg-1L.(3)Silver nano-microsphere was used to modified carbon paste electrode to make silver nano-microsphere modified carbon paste electrode, and the effect of the doping amount of silver nano-microsphere on the detection performance of carbon paste electrode was investigated. We found that the silver nano-microsphere modified carbon paste electrode could detect heavy metal ions(Cu2+?Pb2+ and Cd2+)in water and could improve sensitivity of heavy metal ions(Cu2+?Pb2+ and Cd2+)in water.Particularly noteworthy is the silver nano-microsphere modified carbon paste electrode can improve sensitivity of Cu2+,suggesting that the composite electrode is selective for copper ions.(4)Used black titanium dioxide to modify carbon paste electrode and the optimum doping ratio was determined by the doping for making black titanium dioxide modified carbon paste electrode.Through the determination of various experimental parameters and conditions, realized smultaneous detection of heavy metals(Cu2+?Pb2+ and Cd2+)in water, the sensitivity are 4?Amg-1L?6?Amg-1L?2.75?Amg-1L.Through the results,we can find that the sensitivity of black titanium dioxide modified carbon paste electrode is good, and it can be used for the detection of low concentrations of heavy metal ions in actual water.
