As a new and environmentally friendly water treatment technology,photocatalysis have some advantages like:simple operation,process refining,low energy consumption,the reaction process without the formation of new pollutants.widely by the concerns of national researchers and so on.Conventional TiO2 photocatalyst has a wide bandgap and a low quantum efficiency.So how to improve the photocatalyst of TiO2 or develop a new photocatalytic material to replace titanium dioxide,which will become the research direction of the researchers.The focus of this paper is to prepare photocatalysts with unique visible light response characteristics.In this paper,Bi(NO3)3·5H2O was used to supply bismuth source,Na2WO4 · 2H2O was used to supply tungsten source.Under different solvents,the Bi2WO6 photocatalyst samples with different morphologies were synthesized by solvothermal method.Respectively,bismuth tung with different content of C3N4?modified Hummers prepared the graphene oxide compound.The Bi2WO6-C3N4 and Bi2WO6-RGO which are photocatalytic activity under visible light,And the crystal form of the sample was analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)was used to characterize the morphology of the samples,The ray energy spectrum(EDS)analysis qualitative analysis of sample elements,UV diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(DRS)was used to evaluate the light absorption properties of the samples.urier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)was used to qualitatively analyze the functional groups of the samples,UV-Vis spectra(UV-VIS)were used to quantitatively analyze the absorbance of the samples.The experimental results show that:1?At the reaction temperature of 160 ?,the reaction time of 24h,in the reaction of sodium tungstate solution(ethylene glycol)constant conditions,when the reaction solution of bismuth nitrate dissolved DMF,The XRD of Bi2WO6 peaks were sharp at 28.3°(201)(020)and 32.7°(200),The prepared pure bismuth tungstate has a spherical morphology(the particle diameter is about 10 nm),and a band gap of 2.84 eV.The rhB The photocatalytic degradation experiment showed that the degradation rate was 79.2%at 40 min..2?The XRD spectrum of Bi2WO6-RGO(0.6%)photocatalyst is consistent with that of pure bismuth tungstate.The addition of graphene improves the purity of pure phase Bi2WO6,the forbidden band width is 2.62 eV,At 40 min,the degradation rate of up to 84%.The photocatalytic activity of pure phase was improved by the combination of carbon nitride and bismuth tungstate.When the mass ratio of composite C3N4 was 1.2%,the band gap was 2.58 eV.At 40min,the degradation rate was 94.9%,The addition of carbon nitride improves the purity of pure phase Bi2WO6 and the synthesized Bi2WO6-C3N4 showed good visible light photocatalytic activity.
