In today's era,the development of world science and technology focuses on the material recycling and environmental friendly,and the sustainable development of the technology and process.And the active dye wastewater with high pollution concentration,deep chromaticity,contains many toxic and carcinogenic substances?Such as the active red K-2BP its intermediates o-chloroaniline isomers of chloroaniline has certain carcinogenic,but now with the synthesis of N-methyl aniline alternative o-chloroaniline?,difficult biodegradation characteristics,seriously threatened the human health and the security of water resources;And because of the conventional activated sludge bacteria can't damage to it,the treatment effect is poorer,difficult to meet emissions requirements,therefore,the active dye wastewater decolorizing become a big problem,the depth processing become a hot spot.After the use of natural polymer chitosan and gelatin blending because of strong hydrogen bonding interaction can be compatible,forming interpenetrating network?IPN?structure.By glutaraldehyde crosslinking agent?C5H8O2?to make it in the form of covalent bond applied to cotton fabric.Using Fourier infrared?FT-IR?,scanning electron microscope?SEM?,thermogravimetric analysis?TG?and mechanical testing and washing fastness test,respectively for the cotton fabrics after crosslinking structure,surface morphology,thermal stability,mechanical properties and fastness test;With active red dye K-2BP solution at the same time as the research object,PH,time,temperature,concentration of dyeing,dyeing bath than chitosan/cotton fabric membrane crosslinked gelatin interpenetrating network of the active red dye K-2BP solution adsorption performance influence.The results showed that cotton fabric after crosslinking,uniform and dense,strong bonding force of fabric surface,forming good membrane structure;The thermal stability and mechanical properties are improvements;And good lasting for the active red dye K-2BP adsorption;For the active red dye K-2BP PH = 3,can effective adsorption,adsorption capacity increased with the temperature gradually increase,decrease the concentration of dyeing liquid or bath ratio will increase the rate of adsorption,and membrane crosslinked chitosan/gelatin interpenetrating network cotton material with good effect,can repeat use.The sol-gel process,titanium dioxide sol make nano titanium dioxide on the surface of cotton fabric and internal generated in situ,so as to realize the inorganic nanometer TiO2 particles and solid combination of cotton fabric;With chitosan gelatin mixture to carry on the pad,the preparation of TiO2/chitosan/gelatin composite cotton material.By SEM,XRD,the morphology and structure of the samples were characterized,and test the mechanical properties of the sample,wash fastness and light catalytic properties.Again with decolorization rate as the inspection standard,probes into the TiO2/chitosan/gelatin composite cotton adsorption degradation of the active red dye K-2BP waste liquid best conditions and the effect of repeated use.The results show that the in situ generation of TiO2 and cotton fabrics combined with strong,uniform particle size,good dispersion;Nanometer titanium dioxide mainly anatase type crystal;For the active red dye K-2BP solution was prepared by sample test showed that composite material has good photocatalytic degradation.When the active red dye K-2BP solution initial concentration of 20 mg/L and dye solution PH = 3,the experiment system of composite cotton fabrics ultraviolet light red dye solution at room temperature on the activity of 100 mL,180 min,100 mLof the active red dye solution decoloring rate is about 100%;Repeated use sex good,broad application prospect.This technique solves the problem of poor mechanical properties of chitosan and gelatin,the inorganic nanometer TiO2 particles with strong combination of cotton fabric,made with a certain intensity,neat appearance,combined with good color fastness,resistance to acid,alkaline,has good lasting adsorption and degradation of composites;Simple easy to operate,the whole process of composite material was easy to storage,collection,use;At the same time also has the effect of water saving,time saving,reuse,and other good.In reality for its application to solve the problem of some reactive dyes and dyeing green to provide a theoretical basis and new research direction.
