With the acceleration of local economic construction,the problem of natural gas pipeline by third party damaged is becoming more and more obvious.CD gas pipeline is located in the economically developed Chengdu-Deyang Economic Zone,with complex terrain and dense population,it suffers great third party damage like illegal take over pipeline,third party construction and stealing gas drilling in recent years.Due to the illegal and unauthorized excavation in the pipeline or in the vicinity of pipelines,which greatly increases the risk of third party damage to pipeline.In order to ensure the safe operation of CD gas transportation pipeline,through the investigation of third party damage monitoring methods,combined with the existing equipment of CD gas pipeline,the distributed optical fiber sensing pre-warning system with double Mach-Zehnder interference principle was used.The distribution mode of distributed optical fiber sensing equipment and communication equipment for CD gas transmission pipeline is designed,and the safety status of CD gas transmission pipeline is monitored in real-time.When there is a damage behavior along the pipeline,the system can accurately perceive the vibration type,meanwhile supporting the specific location and degree of damage are occurred,all event information are uploaded to the gas station integrated management information database server room.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Tracking and retrieving the warning methods of third party damage at home and abroad,and the latest progress in related fields.The domestic and foreign related literature were researched,comparing and summarizing the relevant literature.(2)Field investigation of CD gas pipeline was taken,the CD gas pipeline operation,third party damage along the pipeline,the specific equipment and monitoring method along the pipeline were analyzed at present.(3)According to the third party destruction monitoring methods at home and abroad,combined with the characteristics of existing equipment in CD gas pipeline and the main third party damage situations along the pipeline,a pre-warning method using sensing fiber optic which is suitable for CD gas pipeline is selected.(4)The suitable pre-warning system platform for CD gas pipeline status were taken by comparing the existing domestic and foreign security warning system software.We establish the software function module of the system,and deploy the pre-warning system in the software controller and user platform.(5)Complete the construction and deployment of each station of the pre-warning system,determine the dispatch center,the information station comprehensive computer room,the operation area,the dispatch room and the gas transmission station,and carry out the software and hardware configuration scheme.To realize the monitoring and positioning of the third party damage,determine the type of incident and the extent of damage,and report the damage information to all levels at once.(6)Field third party damage was simulated and tested.For mining,piling,ramming,drills and other destructive events,taking adaptability test to determine the system leakage alarm,accuracy and missing report rate.The test results are used to debug the fiber optic pre-warning system,and the threshold values under different third party damage types are determined.(7)Running the pre-warning system in gas pipeline,and statistical monitoring results.Make an analysis of actual cases for pre-warning system of monitoring the third-party damage,and evaluating the effect of third party damage warning.
