The high chloride ion content in the amine solution severely affects the smooth operation of the device,destroying the ability of the amine solution to remove the heat-stable salt and the normal amine purification of the combined device.The presence of a large number of chloride ions will exist in a large number of chloride ions will promote the corrosion of metal materials in order to effectively control the anion content in amine solution to improve the quality and performance of amine solution to carry out amine removal of chloride ion technology to study the amine solution Ion impurities on the desulfurization and decarbonization performance of the law to determine a reasonable control index to form a high purity natural gas purification plant ammonia purification technology to effectively reduce the loss of amine solution and reduce equipment corrosion to ensure the safe and stable operation of the plant to improve economic efficiency.Laboratory experiments using anion and cation exchange resin and electrodialysis laboratory experiments show that the continuous removal of contaminated amine solution after the line,almost unchanged amine concentration,pH value decreased,salt heat,sodium and chloride ions were largely removed,with Very good ability to remove chloride ions.Off-line decontamination by anion-cation resin exchange and electrodialysis showed that the contents of chloride,strong cation and heat-stable salt all decreased significantly.The electrodialysis off-line purification showed that,in addition to the amine solution in addition to strong cation content slightly higher than the index requirements,other indicators have been met.The results of 12 main physical and chemical properties indexes such as amine liquid properties,impurity components and anti-foaming properties show that the purification effect of the anion-cation resin exchange method to purify the amine liquid in the two kinds of decontaminated amine solutions has a great advantage.However,the anion-The exchange method to purify the amine concentration was reduced by 16%,6%more than the electrodialysis method to purify the amine concentration.The comprehensive evaluation of desulfurization and decarbonization performance tests showed that the electrodialysis sample purification effect is better,the purification effect is close to the original amine solution,anion and cation exchange resin sample in the larger amount of treatment will foaming,affecting the purification effect,After the foam,can reach the effect of the original amine solution.
