In recent years,with the increasing number of new and renovated projects,the role of pipeline transportation has become more and more prominent.SICHUAN and CHONGQING area is an important part in the development of domestic gas.after the completion of the first gas pipeline from 1967,after 50 years of development,The gas transmission pipeline has formed a systemic,It is great significance to the economic development of SICHUAN and CHONGQING area.In order to improve the conveying efficiency of the pipe and reduce the dirt inside the pipe,the pipe must be cleared regularly.Pigging job,however,faced with long distance and large elevation difference pipeline,pipe medium complex,and many other difficulties,the pipe diameter from D219 to D813,the tube length from 11 km to 150 km,the pipe head ranging from 50m to 1300m,combined with the pipeline pig runtime internal deformation,water and dust deposition,unpredictability,a pig card blocking probability is growing,as if can't find the card in time plugging position and solve the problem,will bring the serious consequences of pipeline operation.Therefore,it is of great importance to know and control the location of the pig.At present,the judgment of the pig mainly rely on operation location formula calculation and field artificial monitoring method,the pig position judgment are greatly influenced by artificial factors,pig run process monitoring technology is not very accurate,and can only be detected by a few points through the signal,the lack of systemic comprehensive monitoring technology.This thesis carries on the research from the field detection equipment and the monitoring model software two aspects.First of all,the investigation and analysis of various kinds of cleaning monitoring equipment at home and abroad are analyzed.Many devices have limited applicability to the buried state of the pipeline,and more are monitoring in and out stations,which are difficult to apply along the pipeline.In the case of pipeline cleaning and monitoring model,some applications abroad have been introduced,and the development of domestic qing tube monitoring models is not mature,and most of them are still in the laboratory simulation stage.Through research analysis,the present situation of the grasp of the current pigging technology,this paper adjust the research train of thought,from the sound signal of pig running process,by collecting a large number of acoustic signal,analyzing the characteristic of signal and extract the characteristic signal,developed a set of suitable for pipeline along with data transmission of sound wave type pigging through signal monitoring equipment.Through field application,the accuracy reached more than 95%,effectively realized the identification and data transmission of the pig through the signal.In pipeline monitoring model,this article pigging model research results at home and abroad for reference,in the process of pigging acquisition boundary parameters such as pressure,flow rate and temperature values,a mathematic model of the pig running position,through the history of pigging monitoring data for simulation analysis,adjust parameters,to improve the accuracy of the model,and in the long pipeline pigging,using simulation effect is good,can accurately simulate monitoring for the whole course of the implementation of the pig.In acoustic type pigging through monitoring signal monitoring equipment and pigging model after successful research and development,the sound wave type pigging through signal monitoring equipment used to supplement the pigging monitoring model,can be revised and verifies the accuracy of the pigging monitoring model.A combination of both,to form a set of pig operation monitoring system,can realize in the process of the pigging pig run position control for real time accurate,will ensure the safe operation of pipelines understand pipe work.
