Organic phosphorus compounds are important intermediates in organic synthesis. They also exhibit a wide range of biological activity and special photovoltaic activity,so organic phosphorus compounds can be used for the synthesis of pharmaceuticals, pesticides, optical materials and so on.With the development of green and sustainable chemistry, new synthesis strategy has been proposed, such as radical cross coupling reaction and photochemical reaction. In this article,we begin to construct C-P bond with these strategies. This thesis has two parts. The first part involves radical cross coupling reaction for the formation of Csp3-P bond, realizing the phosphorylation of 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds and benzyl alcohols. The second part involves visible-light-mediated aerobic oxidative decarboxylative coupling of cinnamic acids and diphenylphosphine oxide leading to?-ketophosphonates.
