To study the relationship between integrated packaging of double functional activity and the preservation quality of the fresh fruits and vegetables.In this study,a multiple active integrated packaging design theory is proposed.By introducing an appropriate amount of film having high oxygen transmission rate in the package,the respiration rate of the fruits and vegetables is accurately controlled.While the water vapor generated by a certain area of film having high water vapor transmission retain order to achieve a stable fresh moisture environment removes breathing.Integrated the film having high oxygen transmission rate and film having high water vapor transmission rate,double active integrated packaging can be made,to detect the headspace gas of packaging and fruits and vegetables quality.The results show that it can form a high carbon dioxide concentration,a low oxygen concentration and an 85-95% humidity environment in the packaging.In this atmosphere,the nutritional content of fruits and vegetables is kept to the maximum,can be stored at ambient temperature condition for 5 days.Double active integrated packaging can significantly maintain the storage quality of fruits and vegetables.
