Polyethersulfone(PES)is a kind of membrane material with good mechanical stability and anti-corrosion acid.In this paper,hydrophilic polyethersulfone ultrafiltration membranes were prepared by blending modification with hydrophilic polymer F127-b-PAA and nano-MOFs as additives.The effects of different additives on the properties of ultrafiltration membranes were investigated from the viscosity of casting solution,water contact angle,mechanical properties,flux and rejection rate.F127-b-PAA modified polymer containing a large amount of hydrophilic groups was polymerized by atom transfer radical polymerization method using the triblock polymer F127(PEO100-PPO65-PEO100)as the raw material.First of all,F127-b-PAA modified polymer containing large amount of hydrophilic groups was synthesized by atom transfer radical polymerization method using triblock polymer F127(PEO100-PPO65-PEO100)as raw material.The results showed that when the reaction temperature was 60 ?,the molar ratio of F127-Br,tert-butyl acrylate,copper bromide and ligand PMEDTA was 1:400:0.01:0.15 the optimum reaction time was 25 hours.Secondly,hydrophilic polyethersulfone ultrafiltration membrane was prepared by blending F127-b-PAA with polyether sulfone,and the properties of ultrafiltration membrane were studied.The results showed that the hydrophilicity of the ultrafiltration membrane increased gradually with the increase of the modified material,the porosity of the membrane increased from 37.2%to 88.07%;the contact angle of water decreased from 87.5 0 to 60.3°;The water flux increased from 68L/m2h to 143.8L/m2h,and the retention rate of the protein was also greatly improved.At last,in order to further improve the performance of the polyethersulfone ultrafiltration membrane,the PVP was added as the porogen in the casting solution,and the mass fraction of the nanocomposites was 0.5%,1%,1.5%and 2%MOFs material and casting liquid film.The experimental results show that the performance of modified polyethersulfone ultrafiltration membrane is greatly improved compared with pure polyethersulfone ultrafiltration membrane.When the mass fraction of the additive nano-MOFs was 1%,the porosity of the ultrafiltration membrane was 76.32%,the water contact angle was 54.7 °,the average water flux was 158L/m2h,the retention rate of the protein was 90.6%Application performance is the best.
