Currently,Electrospinning is the only effective way to prepare nanofibers continuously.Organic-inorganic composite nanofibers are the research hotspots because of their excellent properties.As a semiconductor material,Nano-TiO2 particles have a broad application prospect in the field of photocatalysis.Nano TiO2 particles have stable physical and chemical properties,the nanoparticles do not react with other compounds at room temperature and they are safe for using.However,when nano-TiO2 is used as a powder in the photocatalytic reaction,agglomeration will occur.At the same time,TiO2particles are hard for recycling and not suitable for the continuous operation of the mobile phase.If the powder is fixed to other base materials,the problem of difficulty for recycling of the powder can be effectively solved.The hybrid nanofibers prepared by electrospinning method can solve the problem of difficult recovery of powders.Meanwhile the problem that nano particles complexed by filling are easy to fall off can be esed.In this paper,the effect of PVA molecular weight and alcoholysis degree on the nano fibers was investigated.The PVA/TiO2 hybrid nanofibers prepared by PVA with higher alcoholysis had better water resistance.The optimum spinning parameters were determined by orthogonal test.The optimum spinning parameters are as follows:the applied voltage was 25kV,the collecting distance was 18cm and the mass fraction of PVA was 8%.SEM?TEM?FTIR?XRD and TG analysis were used to characterize the nanofibers prepared by electrospinning.The results show that the diameters of nanofibers prepared by direct blending and electrospinning methods are smaller than those of the PVA prepared with the same mass fraction.The results show that the diameters of nanofibers prepared by direct blending and electrospinning methods are smaller than those of the PVA prepared with the same mass fraction.With the increase of nano-TiO2doping content,the diameter of the nanofibers tend to decrease,the breaking strength of nano fiber membrane reduced,the strength of characteristic absorption peak and the XRD diffraction peak prone to raise,and the crystallinity of PVA enlarged.The prepared PVA/TiO2 hybrid nanofiber membrane was cut into appropriate size,and the photocatalytic degradation of reactive brilliant blue was carried out under the irradiation of metal halide lamp.The results show that enlarge the contact area,reduce the width and raise the content of TiO2 can improve the degradation rate.
