In this thesis,batch ethyl acetate production line is taken as the research object.Based on particle swarm optimization(PSO),the optimization of the production efficiency,product quality and energy consumption of the process is studied deeply.On the basis of a review of the domestic and foreign production process and the particle swarm optimization(PSO),the particle swarm optimization(PSO)is used to optimize the production unit of the production line in batch and inter batch from the two aspects of the discrete problem in the intermittent production process and the optimization method for the energy index.Thus,the production efficiency is increased and the energy consumption is reduced at the same time.And the production process is more in line with the requirements of industrial production and sustainable development.First of all,the comprehensive optimization is carried out for batch reactor production process of the production line.The particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm is applied to the discrete optimization problem,and the time parameter is discretized.The weighted sum of energy consumption and time parameters is the objective function.The quality of the product is set as constraint.A temperature optimization model for batch reactor is established,and a particle swarm optimization algorithm based on time discretization is proposed.The simulation results show that the temperature setting curve obtained by this method not only makes the reactor meet the quality requirements of the product,but also saves the energy consumption and shortens the production time.Secondly,the steady state optimization of the two-stage distillation unit for the intermittent ethyl acetate production line was carried out.The two-stage distillation column model was established based on the chemical simulation software Aspen plus for the problem of product quality and energy consumption at the two-stage rectification process.The particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the reflux ratio and feed flow rate of the extractive distillation column,and the optimized parameters are applied to the model.The results showed that the concentration of the product was improved after optimization and the concentration reached the quality requirement of production,the energy consumption of production is also greatly reduced.Finally,the inter batch comprehensive optimization of batch production is carried out to solving the production rhythm unbalance problem.Because the production time of reaction kettle and neutralization kettle is longer,the production time of two-stage distillation column is shorter,so it is easy to appear the phenomenon of beat imbalance in intermittent production process.Based on particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm,the temperature setting problem of extractive distillation column in batch production waiting period is optimized.First,a model of heating and energy consumption of a two-stage distillation column is set up.And the optimized objective function is set up.Then the time parameters are discretized.The operating conditions of actual production equipment are considered as constraints at the same time.Based on the time discrete particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm,the optimization simulation calculation is carried out by MATLAB.The simulation results show that the temperature setting curve based on this method not only makes the distillation tower insulation at the set temperature of energy saving and consumption reduction,but also can be put into production rapidly when the material is supplied,so that the production capacity of the whole production line is improved.Through the comprehensive optimization of the three parts of the production line,this paper not only to ensure the quality of the product,but also greatly improve the production efficiency,reduce the energy consumption of the production process.A solution for energy production batch type of ethyl acetate is provided.
