The electorchemical machining technology is a new kind of technology which has been developed by the past decades.It is one kind of non-traditional machining.The theory of this thchnology is linking the anode to the workpiece waiting to be processed when the electrode wire is linked to the cathode,with the electric conduction of electrolyte,dissolving the workpiece of anode to reach the aim of cutting it.Compare to traditional machining technologies,this technology is good at machining workpieces without hurting it for they are not touching directly.Otherwise,the efficiency of the electrochemical machining technology is higher than traditional machining technologies.But in the process of machining,due to the electrolyte's unstable type of flow,the quality and efficiency of maching will be reduced.To solve this problem,this paper design the model of the electrolyte,the post-simulation and the last experiment are adopted.First,the structure of the electrolyte nozzle is designed.Then the angle between the inner surface of the electrolyte nozzle and the jacket is used to measure the volume flow distribution of the electrolyte,the outlet velocity of the electrolyte,electrolyte spray pressure of the impact of the simulation,and finally based on the simulation results of the experiment,reached a certain conclusion.The main content of this paper is as follows:(1)The main purpose of this paper is to study the effects of processing parameters such as feed speed,electrolyte inlet velocity and electrolyte outlet diameter on the jet flow field of the electrolyte at the angle between the inner sleeve and the jacket of the electrolyte.The impact of the quality of wire cutting,enabling the use of better processing parameters in the future electrolytic wire cutting to get better quality of the workpiece,the specific parameters to measure the processing quality of the workpiece is the average width and width of the seam standard poor,the average width of the seam used to measure the accuracy of processing,seam width standard deviation used to measure the roughness of the workpiece;(2)In order to achieve the purpose of this paper,this paper first designed the experimental system of electric wire cutting,including machining power supply,electrolyte nozzle structure,electrolyte filtration circulatory system,control system and so on,then according to the designed nozzle structure,using ANSYS software to its electrolyte nozzle inner sleeve and jacket angle simulation,the simulation content of the different angles of the electrolyte spray liquid volume flow distribution,the electrolyte outlet speed,e lectrolyte spray pressure,get the best included angle.Under the optimal included angle,the designed experiment system was used to test the feed speed,electrolyte inlet velocity and electrolyte outlet diameter,and the average width of slit and the standard deviation of slit width were measured;(3)After simulation,the angle between the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve of the electrolyte nozzle is 5,The spray volume flow distribution,the electrolyte outlet speed,electrolyte spray pressure is the most uniform,so to improve the quality of electrolytic wire cutting is the most favorable.At the angle of 5,under the condition of the same other conditions,the larger the processing feed rate,the smaller the average slit width and the larger the standard deviation of the slit width.The larger the inlet velocity of the electrolyte is,the larger the average slit width is.The smaller the standard deviation of the slit width is,the larger the outlet diameter of the electrolyte is,the larger the average slit width is;(4)The theoretical significance of this paper is to verify the correctness of the theory of electrolytic wire cutting and the equation of slit width of electrolytic machining.The practical significance is to get the best angle between the inner sleeve and the jacket of the electrolyte nozzle.How the liquid flow field affects several parameters affect the quality of electrolytic wire cutting process,which will have some reference significance for the future electrolysis wire cutting process experiment.
