Heavy metal pollution is one of the most harmful water pollution problems,the heavy metal pollution in water comes mainly from the heavy metal wastewater of refinery,chemical,electroplating,electronics and other enterprises.Phytoremediation technology for its low cost,does not destroy the ecological environment,no secondary pollution,has become a hot topic in the field of treatment of heavy metal wastewater,treatment of heavy metal pollution in water and environmental science.The problem of copper pollution has been increasing in poyang lake and its catchment areas because of the constant mining of its surrounding copper deposits.Through preliminary investigation,the heavy metal concentration in river and lake is lower,and the PH value of heavy metal wastewater is changing and basically acidic.The plant treatment technology is mainly used in the low concentration of heavy metal wastewater.Based on the above investigation,choose three kinds of submerged plants,vallisneria natans,hydrilla verticillata and myriophyllum verticillata,which are large and widely distributed in Poyang lake,to carry out Low and medium concentration copper enrichment test,analysis the enrichment ability of three kinds of submerged plants and toleration to copper.and according to the enrichment ability of three kinds of submerged plants on copper and copper tolerance,choose vallisneria natans as test materials,to carry out copper wastewater treatment on the influence of copper on bitter grass growth characteristics test,the PH value of bitter herb copper enrichment ability test,copper,and the influence of PH value on the toxic effect of bitter grass preliminary test.the experimental results show that both the vallisneria natans,hydrilla verticillata and myriophyllum verticillata have good copper enrichment ability,which can be used as the enrichment plant control the copper pollution in water and the capacity of enrichment is hydrilla verticillata>vallisneria natans>myriophyllum verticillata.vallisneria natanst can be used for treatment of industrial or mining copper wastewater.Copper enrichment volume decreases with PH value decreases,Cu2+concentration increases,and copper wastewater treatment Cu2+concentration should not exceed 5mg/L.The main test results and data are as follows:1.both the vallisneria natans,hydrilla verticillata and myriophyllum verticillata have good copper enrichment ability,the capacity of enrichment is hydrilla verticillata>vallisneria natans>myriophyllum verticillata.The maximal enrichment of vallisneria natans,hydrilla verticillata and myriophyllum verticillata in 0.1,0.5,2,5,10mg/LCu2+concentration was 180.7 mg/kg,669.2mg/kg and 97.1mg/kg respectively.2.Copper has an obvious influence on the growth characteristics of vallisneria natans.Copper stress makes the blade thin,soft and dark spot,the higher the Cu2+concentration,the longer the processing time,the more obvious the damage degree of blade.The effect of copper stress on the growth of bitter grass,plant height,fresh weight,and dry fresh weight decreased with the increase of Cu2+concentration.When the concentration of Cu2+in the water is greater than 5mg/L,the plants of the bitter grass are No longer grow taller.The correlation analysis of SPSS Pearson correlation showed that the concentration of copper enriched with bitter grass was significantly negatively correlated with fresh quality and dry mass?P<0.05?,and the rvalue was-0.907 and-0.941 respectively.3.The influence of PH value on the concentration of copper enriched by vallisneria natans was obvious.2mg/L copper treatment concentration conditions,the concentration of copper enriched by tvallisneria natans in water of 3,4,5,6 and normal culture of water was 97.5,113.1,121.4,138.6 and 135.8 mg/kg respectively.4.The PH value and copper have obvious effect on the toxicities of.vallisneria natans.In acidic conditions,the content of chlorophyll decreased with the decrease of PH,and the content of malondialdehyde increased with the decrease of PH value.The content of chlorophyll and malondialdehyde of vallisneria natans increased with Cu2+concentration.The contents of chlorophyll content were 0.7325,0.5405,0.5323,0.5323,0.4105 and 0.3267mg/g respectively,respectively,respectively,and decreased to 87.2%,64.3%,63.3%,48.8%and 38.9%of the blank group respectively.The content of malondialdehyde was 0.022,0.0317,0.0392,0.0429 and 0.0478umol/g respectively.The ratios of the blank groups were 1.36,1.89,2.33,2.55 and 2.84 respectively.
