With the prosperity and development of the world economy,there is a growing demand for oil and natural gas energy,land and oil reserves of natural gas is less and less.Offshore oil is attracting more and more attention all over the world.As the most important tool for the development of offshore oil and gas resources,the safety performance of offshore platforms is becoming more and more concerned.As the foundation of offshore platform,the safety of bucket foundation becomes more important.Because the working environment in which the platform is extremely complex,bucket foundation in addition to bear the weight of the platform itself to the fixed load,but also to withstand the role of a number of uncertain loads,such as wind waves.With the increasing service time of the offshore platform,the bucket foundation has been immersed in seawater,resulting in corrosion,so that the barrel foundation can not reach the original strength and a series of problems.Whether it is the fixed load of the platform itself or the indefinite load of wind wave action,if the bucket foundation is damaged,it will seriously damage the platform structure and cause a major safety accident.Therefore,it is important to study the vertical bearing capacity of the bucket foundation and its practical significance.In this paper,ABAQUS finite element numerical simulation analysis and test method to analyze the bucket foundation under vertical load,the barrel of soil stress trends,described the bucket foundation under vertical load bearing characteristics.
