Study On The Efficiency And Spectroscopy Analysis Of A~2SBR Denitrifying Phosphorus Removal Process | | Posted on:2018-05-29 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:J Q Wang | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2321330542478643 | Subject:Engineering | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | With the aggravation of water eutrophication,how to remove nitrogen and phosphorus effectively from water has become the focus of research in the prevention and control of water pollution.In recent years,denitrifying phosphorus removal process has aroused wide concern,nitrogen and phosphorus removal has been realized in this process,which could provide new research ideas for solving eutrophication problem.This paper elaborates the start-up and stable operation period of denitrifying phosphorus removal process,and the components of the extracellular polymer substances was analyzed.And the partial least squares method was used to extract the information of polyphosphate from the infrared and micro Raman spectral data.The main results are as follows:(1)Two stages operation was used to start the performance of denitrifying phosphorus removal reactor and the coexistence of the initial carbon and nitrogen source was avoided.Thus,the dominant strains was accumulated in this process.Denitrifying phosphorus removal could be started in this reactor within 38 days,but the phosphorus removal was not stable.After comparing different dosage of carbon and nitrogen source,the optimum C:N:P of denitrifying phosphorus removal process is about 20:4:1.(2)The granular sludge was black brown,and it was observed that there was void and hole structure in the surface and interior of sludge with scanning electron microscope(SEM),whichwas the channel of nitrogen emission during denitrification.(3)The infrared spectral absorption peaks of the intracellular polymer PHB and poly-P were compared from the reactor start-up and the stable phase,and it was proved that Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)can be used to monitor the start-up phase quickly and accurately.(4)The content of EPS components in denitrifying phosphorus removal sludge was determined by improved Lowry and anthrone colorimetry.The results showed that the protein content of LB-EPS was twice as much as that of polysaccharide,humic substance content was lowest,but in TB-EPS the content of protein was little different from that of polysaccharide.Which TB-EPS content of about 90%.Thus,the TB-EPS should be studied thoroughly.(5)The intracellular ploy-P of sludge was qualitatively characterizd by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),and it was found that the absorption peak at 891 cm-1 and 1241 cm-1probably originates from the contribution of polyphosphate.The model was set up with iPLS in the optimum sub range 784918cm-1,and the correlation coefficient between the predicted value and the measured value was 0.9581,implicating that the correlation was better.At the same time,ploy-P was qualitatively characterizd by microscopic Raman spectroscopy,and it was found that the characteristic peaks of ploy-P might be located at 749cm-1、1129 cm-1 and 1155 cm-1.The model was set up with iPLS method in the optimum sub range 11351190cm-1,and the correlation coefficient between the predicted value and the measured value was 0.9174,which implicated that the correlation was better.The related research provided a theoretical basis for the rapid determination of ploy-P in the sludge. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | A~2SBR, EPS, poly-P, FTIR, micro Raman, iPLS | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
