Objective:The incorporation of fluorine-containing functional groups could significantly modify the physical and biological properties of molecules,in order to introduce monofluoroaklyl group into carbonyl compounds and imines,we envisioned to design and synthesize monofluoroalkyl phosphonium salt and explore its nucleophilic addition reactions.Methods:We used the quaternization of Ph3P with BrCFHCO2Et,and with the methylation reaction of product,finally obtain the target product monofluoromethyl phosphonium salt.Results:We synthetize momofluorinated phosphonium salt,and complished the nucleophilic addition reactions of aldehydes,ketones and imines compounds.The chemical structures of the new compounds were determined by 1H NMR,19F NMR,13C NMR,IR,MS and melting point,and the configuration of these three compounds was determined by X-ray crystal diffraction. |
