In this paper,we synthesized ZnO nanomaterials via hydrothermal and solvothermal methods and successfully realized the control of morphologies and properties.In the first chapter,firstly,we mainly introduced the knowledge of nanomaterials and the research status.Then,we also introduced the research status of ZnO nanomaterials and the problems concerned the development of ZnO nanomaterials.For the difficulties in the process of research,we presented the solutions to recover the problems in the application of ZnO nanomaterials.And we set Zn O nanmaterials as example for elaborate the mechanism of photocatalysis reaction.In the end,we proposed the purpose,significance and content of this project.In the second chapter,we successfully synthesized ZnO nanostructure that exposed different proportion of {0001} facets and high-index facets.And we explored the relationship between the amount of PEG and the proportion of exposed facets.We also carried out XRD,SEM,PL et al technologies to characterize the properties and morphology of ZnO hexagonal prisms.We also proposed a reasonable crystal growth mechanism for the formation of ZnO hezagonal prisms.In the third chapter,we present ZnO nano-rods arrays that exposed {0001} facets synthesized via CTAB assisted one-step hydrothermal method.In the reaction system,we realized the exposure of {0001} facets by changing the amount of CTAB.It is the different atoms between different facets that lead to different adsorbing capacity of CTAB.We used varity of techbologies to characterize the morphology and properties of ZnO nanorods arrays.In the forth chapter,we successfully synthesizd N-ZnO via solvothermal method.Urea as the source of N element in this system.The results showed that the color of ZnO and the properties of Zn O samples were caused by the different doping content of N.From the results of photocatalytic experiment,we found that doping N has a suitable quantity for enhancing the photocatalytic activity.In the fifth chapter,we synthesized porous spherical ZnO and ZnO slice via solvothermal and calcine method.And we used XRD,SEM et al technologies to simple characterize morphology and properties of as-prepared samples.In the last chapter,we summarized the conclusions and innovation of this project.In this paper,we synthesized ZnO nanomaterials that possess well morphology and properties via changing the reaction conditions.It has very important significance to the development of nanotechnology.
