Wallboard is the most widely used component in textile machinery that ensure precision of textile machinery.That the geometric parameters of wallboard meet the requirements whether or not directly related to the subsequent assembly of textile machinery,and finally the final affect the quality of textile products.The existing method of measuring the wallboard can only complete the partial measurement of the geometric parameters,can not make a comprehensive evaluation of the geometric parameters of the wallboard,and low efficiency,long-term measurement will cause visual fatigue,bring some human factors of error to the result of the measurement.This topic studied on measuring methods of geometric parameters of wallboard in textile machinery,promote to realize the online measurement of geometric parameters of wallboard in industrial field,make the measurement process more automatic and intelligent,and improve the detection efficiency and accuracy at the same time.The main work of the thesis and achievement are summed up as follows:1.The detailed measurement scheme of geometric parameters of wallboard is investigated.The idea of establishing measuring coordinate system based on technological datum of wallboard is proposed,and the method of relative measurement using laser displacement sensor is summarized.The selection of camera,lens,light source and laser displacement sensor is completed,and the preliminary design of the software is completed.2.Combined with the characteristics of the reference hole,the feature extraction algorithm of the hole is studied.Taking into account the subject of visual measurement of the reference hole is to get the offset of the reference hole,the calibration of the camera calibration is simplified as pixel equivalent calibration,using high precision small cylinder to complete the calibration.The algorithms,filtering,threshold segmentation,edge extraction,etc.Used in the image processing of the reference hole are introduced.The performance of the algorithm is analyzed experimentally.3.The measuring method for geometrical parameters of the wallboard based on laser displacement sensor is studied.The influence of laser displacement sensor location on the measurement results is studied,including the inclination angle of a single laser displacement sensor and the angle between two laser displacement sensors.The application of laser displacement sensor in measuring geometric parameters of wallboard is introduced.Finally,the translation experiment and angle measurement experiment are carried out with the actual device and the high-precision measuring block.The feasibility of the proposed measurement method is proved.
