TBBA production process will produces a large number of high concentration organic wastewater.The CODCr value is usually 25005000mg/L,which content varies with the fluctuation of operation.If the wastewater is directly discharged,it will not only cause serious harm to the environment,but also cause waste of water resources.In this paper,the biochemical treatment process of TBBA wastewater was studied.By analyzing the characteristics of wasterwater quality,the basic data of wastewater were obtained and provided for biochemical treatment design.The research contents and results are as follows:The quality of the TBBA wastewater inflow to biochemical system was studied through flocculation qualitative analysis.The research of the oxidation using chlorine dioxide was carried out continuously,and the optimal control parameters were mastered.At the same time,a one-month experimental study of high-efficiency bacteria was carried out.Through screening and acclimation,the dominant bacteria with high removal rate of pollutants were obtained.On this basis,a 2 months of continuous dynamic experiment with anaerobic and facultative aerobic process was carried out to research the process processing mechanism,explore residence time,the operations of the sludge concentration and other relevant parameters,determine the membrane pore size and nutrient content.The values of CODCr during the experiment were detected while the CODCr of inflow water was gradually increased.According to the test results,the optimal control parameters were adjusted in time to improve the removal efficiency of CODCr,to ensure the stability of effluent CODCr below 500mg/L,which meets the third level of national wastewater discharge standards.Through the process plan comparison,the anaerobic-anoxic–oxic integration technology was chosed to treat the TBBA wastewater.In addition to process research,the preliminary design in civil engineering,environmental protection and energy saving etc.,provide reliable guarantee for the effluent standard.This technology,truly the unification of the economic,social and environmental benefits,has the advantages of small footprint,stable operation,energy saving,low maintenance and so on.
