The support point layout of the bed is one of the key factors affecting the performance of the precision machine tool,the reasonable support point layout to ensure that the precision machine tool have a good leveling,stability,maintain accuracy and anti-jamming.At present,there is no definite theoretical method to guide the support point layout of the bed,so the optimization of the support point layout of the bed is the key technology to be solved urgently in China's precision machine tool manufacturing industry.In this paper,the support point layout of the machine tool bed is taken as the object of study,through the static modeling and analysis of the bed,a kind of optimal design method of the support point layout of the bed is put forward.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1)The static modeling and analysis of the bed.Firstly,the cross beam model is established to characterize the main static deformation tendency of the bed.Then,the cross beam model is decomposed by the deflection equivalent relationship at the intersection of the cross beams,the static deformation trend of the beam is obtained by the singular function method.Finally,an example is given to verify the rationality of the proposed method for the analysis of static deformation of the bed,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of the support point layout of the bed.2)The design of the support point layout of the bed.Firstly,based on the optimal static deformation trend of the beam and the static stiffness requirement of the beam,the design method and the flow of the support point layout of the beam are obtained.Then,according to the support point layout design method of the beam,the initial support point layout of the bed is determined,and the bed is simplified as the cross beam model,the position of the support point of the cross beam model is designed by the optimal static deformation trend of the cross beam.Finally,according to the static stiffness of the bed performance requirements to re-determine the number of points and design the location of the support points,repeat this process to get the support point layout of the bed.3)The optimization of the support point layout of the bed based on Isight.Firstly,the design method of the support point layout is used to obtain the layout of the supporting points of the bed,and the design variables and the objective functions in the optimization problem are determined.Then,a multi-objective optimization design platform based on Isight is set up to optimize the position of the supporting points of the bed,and the optimal supporting points position are obtained.Finally,an example is given to illustrate the optimization design method and the flow for the support point layout of the bed.
