Direct methanol fuel cell?DMFC?has many advantages,such as high power density and small volume,which can be used as an ideal power supply for portable electronic equipment and power vehicles.At present,the low activity and stability of Pt-based catalysts are the main obstacles in the process.In this paper,the Pt-based catalyst with high activity and high stability has been synthesized by microwave assisted ethylene glycol method.In this paper,the catalyst prepared by ethylene glycol?Vlcan-XC72as the support?is characterized by high dispersion and so on.The cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate were selected by means of mechanical stirring method with different surfactants.The treated carbon was mixed with TiO2 to prepare the support and then added with Pt.To improve the stability and conductivity of catalyst.Firstly,the optimal mass ratio of activated carbon with TiO2 supported metal Pt was determined,and then doped with different mass of surfactant to treat Vlcan-XC72carbon with TiO2 to obtain the carrier supported metal Pt.Finally,two different surfactants were compared.Comparing the electrocatalytic oxidation activity of methanol,the preparation method is ultrasonic and ethylene glycol method In this paper,the optimum carbon mass ratio of Vlcan-XC72 carbon and TiO2 was optimized to find the best support and its proportion in different surfactants.The results showed that the CTAB processing carbon was combined with Ti O2 to produce the supporter,and the optimal proportion was 1:1.When the proportion was 1:1,its performance was the best.SDBS reagent processing carbon combined with and Ti O2 to produce the supporter,the optimal ratio was 2:1.5.When the proportion was 2:1.5,its performance was better.?1?the preparation of Vlcan-XC72 carbon and TiO2support doped with different amounts of cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide to explore properties of the Pt/C-TiO2catalyst;The results showed that when the CTAB was 15mg,and the combination of TiO2 carbon into the supporter,the optimal ratio was 1:1,the electrocatalytic oxidation conditions of such prepared catalyst TiO2-C/Pt for methanol had the highest electrochemical activity.?2?the preparation of Vlcan-XC72 carbon and TiO2 carrier doped with different amount of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate to explore the preparation and properties of the corresponding Pt/C-TiO2 catalyst;The results showed that when the SDBS reagent was 10mg,the treated carbon was combined with TiO2 as the supporter,the optimal proportion was 2:1.5,and the catalyst Ti O2-C/Pt prepared by this condition had the highest electrochemical activity for the electrocatalytic oxidation of methanol.?3?comparison of the performance of catalysts prepared with different surfactants.
