In this paper, chitosan,Rosin and bentonite were used as carrier to prepare controlled-release Cu2O composites by sodium sulfite reduction method or direct composite method.X-ray diffraction?XRD?,scanning electron microscopy?SEM?and transmission electron microscopy?TEM?were used to characterize the structure and morphology of the products. The marine anti-fouling coatings were prepared by using the Cu2O composites as antifouling agents, and the Cu2+ release rate, antibacterial and marine anti-fouling performance were tested. The experimental results show that the antibacterial activity of chitosan/Cu2O?CS/Cu2O-1,CS/Cu2O-2?,Rosin/Cu2O and bentonite/Cu2O composites are better than that of commercially available Cu2O,the minimum inhibitory concentrations?MIC?of CS/Cu2O-1,Rosin/Cu2O and bentonite/Cu2O on Staphylococcus aureus are all 0.25 mg/mL,and the MIC value of CS/Cu2O-2 on Staphylococcus aureus is 0.5 mg/mL;The controlled-release Cu2O composites have the function of stabilizing the release of Cu2+ and improving the anti-settling performance and adhesion of marine anti-fouling coating, and effectively prolonging the anti-fouling effect of marine anti-fouling coating. |
