| Subsea control module(SCM)is the core of the subsea control system,it takes many years for continually improvement and perfection,the ability of domestic independent design and manufacturing already possess.At present,the shallow water demonstration application has been realized.The first challenge is how to install the prototype in deepwater for subsea production facilities.Based on the full investigation of domestic and foreign technology of installation,a prospective technology of valve plate integrated subsea control module and module running tool(MRT)to carry out research,and it puts forward the overall scheme of SCM and MRT.The design of structural design,mechanical analysis,decentralization and recovery,SCM experiment research and installation docking analysis are completed.On the basis of clarifying the main function and technical requirements of SCM,this paper analyzes the shallow and deep water installation methods and operating conditions of the subsea control module,and it puts forward a valve plate integrated subsea control module and running tool to meet underwater 1500 m control requirements.It designs SCM and MRT hydraulic system,and completed SCM and MRT overall coating protection and cathodic protection anti-corrosion design.According to the structural characteristics of the SCM,the lifting device of the subsea control module installation tool,the locking device,the locking device,the locking device,the locking device and buffer devices are designed for the marine environment of 1500 m water depth.While,the key components of the two devices are mechanically analyzed.The structural characteristics of the marine non-rotating wire rope and the environmental load that affects the hoisting are analyzed.The horizontal deviation of the system during the hoisting process is calculated to guide installation and positioning of SCM.The turbulence model is used to simulate the flow field of the system,and the dynamic characteristics of the equipment are obtained under normal working conditions.The main factors influencing the installation are given,which can provide the theoretical basis for the control of the winch retracting speed.The process of Euler multiphase flow is used to analyze the effluent process of the equipments in order to provide support for the control of the effluent stability of theequipment under the complicated sea conditions.Through the experiment of SCM and subsea separator,the rationality of the docking mechanism,the reliability of the operation and the performance of the SCM control and monitoring are verified.While,the operation process of the MRT and the underwater installation of MRT and SCM are studied. |
