A Strategy Research About Zibo Promotion Of Civil Clean Coal

People now pay more and more attention to the quality of air.In recent years frequent fog and hazee happens usually specially in the heating season.Beijing,Tianjin,Zibo and other places thave carried out the promotion of clean coal,and especially in the city of Zibo the "green power project" may be the most comprehensive system of all these.The project includes coal production,processing,storage,transportation,sale and use of the whole process.For the clean use of coal in industry to upgrade technology,for the residents of heating in winter to promote the use of clean coal,businesses,residents,district heating,small workshops,small business hawkers with coal clean thoroughly,and strive to achieve a totally ban on civilian bulk coal.In this paper,the promotion of clean coal in Zibo city practices and experience as a basis for analysis and research,the introduction of clean coal promotion policy promotion,distribution,quality assurance and other aspects of the existing problems,typical case analysis and other forms of promotion strategy through the analysis of clean coal between home and abroad and the actual work,summed up the promotion strategy of the deficiencies and shortcomings,find a suitable and feasible way in the law of the province and the country clean,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures for China's coal combustion pollution governance,trying to find a way out,for governance haze,but also the masses of fresh air to explore feasible way.Through the theory research of this paper,can be more targeted promotion of clean coal,to replace coal direct combustion,thereby reducing pollutant emissions,provide the beneficial policy and policy measures for the grass-roots government,and strive to make a modest contribution to governance haze.
