With the development of urbanization and the increase of the effluents in our country,the quantity of sludge is large in the process of waste water treatment.After cracking on excess sludge sewage,the water is polluted a lot.Therefore,how to deal with the sludge in efficient,time-saving and low-cost way is the major problem of sewage treatment and environmental protection.Anaerobic digestion is the most widely used way in the process of excess sludge reduction and recycling technology,but the reaction rate and the efficiency of traditional anaerobic digestion technology is very slow and the cycle is long.However,photosynthetic bacteria can absorb the light as energy under the condition of anaerobic light using the nature of organic matter for photosynthesis and purifying water quality.At the same time,studies have shown that low-energy ultrasound can improve the absorptive capacity of enzyme decomposition of organic matter and increase the degradation rate of organic matter,etc.In a word,the way of ultrasonic combined with photosynthetic bacteria dealing with sludge cracking fluid is important for the reduction and recycling.To prove the above hypothesis and find a way to improve the degradation rate of cracking liquid sludge,this study puts forward four hypothesis"mixing speed of cracking liquid","the bacteria initial concentration of cracking liquid photosynthetic" and "the light intensity of cracking liquid " and "ultrasonic time of cracking liquid ".According to the literature and four groups of experiments,changing the four experimental conditions of cracking fluid played an obvious effect of organic matter degradation and the best experimental conditions of the cracking liquid degradation of organic matter is concluded.In the four single experiments,protein effect are when the ultrasonic time each day is 6 min,the photosynthetic bacteria initial concentration is 10%,the light intensity is 2000lus or the stirring speed of the liquid is 800 r/min,the condition of photosynthetic bacteria growth and degrading the liquid indicators such as SCOD is the best.In addition,according to the experimental data,the SCOD in cracking liquid such as water pollution index of the degradation rate is mainly influenced by photosynthetic bacteria growth.As the photosynthetic bacteria grows,the degradation rate of SCOD and other indicators are becoming higher and higher,so does the volume of gas.This study is proposed that low-energy ultrasound and photosynthetic bacteria can promote the process of anaerobic digestion and the organic matter in sludge will release in the form of CO2,CH4 and H2.Energy from bacteria in the sludge is largely consumed and accelerate the level and efficiency of surplus sludge.It provides enough experimental basis to deal with the degradation of residual sludge water phase.
