Heterocyclic aromatic organic compounds with high biological activity,is one of the important synthetic raw material of medicine and pesticide. The synthesis of heterocyclic aromatic organic compounds commonly used in production and living were usually using the traditional chemical method to synthesis. These methods were heavy shortcomings such as reaction longer step and high pollution. On the contrary, the electrochemical method for synthesis of heterocyclic aromatic organic compounds can be neatly to avoid the pollution caused by the traditional chemical methods, which conforms to the concept of "green chemistry" and is a trend in development of chemistry in the future. The composite electroplating was ultilized to prepare the modified electrodes that contained PTFE hydrophobic particles, and then the best conditions for the preparation of hydrophobic modified electrodes were explored. The homemade PTFE hydrophobic modified electrodes were applied to electrooxide 3-methyl pyridine and 4-methyl pyridine and electroreduce 2-picolinate acid heterocyclic aromatic organic electrosynthesis. The synthetic reaction conversion rate and current efficiency were discussed by the experiments. And Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy(EIS)was used to simulate the response of electronic device diagram, the influence factors of electrode reaction were studyed and the synthetic analysis of the product had been characterized. The experiment results show that the homemade hydrophobic modified electrodes in three kinds of heterocyclic aromatic organic matter have better electrochemical activity.3-methyl pyridine and 4-methyl pyridine on Pb-PTFE modified electrodes conversion rate are 77.25%and 76.11%respectively;2-picolinate acid on Ni-PTFE modified electrodes conversion rate can reach 72.41%.Through the results of EIS tests, the electrooxidation of 3-methyl pyridine and 4-methyl pyridine would be controlled by both electron transfer process and concentration diffusion process on Pb-PTFE modified electrodes as well as the electroreduction of 2-picolinate acid on Ni-PTFE modified electrodes.
