In this thesis,an anodic alumina membrane(AAO)was used as template for preparing quasi one-dimensional nanomaterial.When salt solutions of rare earth elements and solution of sodium hydrate were met in the nano channel of AAO by negative pressure suction,the rare earth oxide nanowire arrays(NWAs)were fabricated by chemical co-deposition reactions and thermal decomposition.The SEM?TEM?XRD?EDS and fluorescence spectrometer(PerkinElmer LS-55)were employed to characterize the morphology,structure,elemental composition and fluorescence properties of NWAs,the formation mechanisms and the optimum process conditions of fabrication NWAs were investigated,and the doping other elements and the content of doping Eu3+ relations to the fluorescence intensity of NWAs were discussed as well.The main results are as follow:1.YCexOy?YCoxOy?Y2O3:Eu3+?YCexOy:Eu3+?YCoOy:Eu3+ NWAs were successful fabricated by AAO,which are amorphous and homogeneous,and the optimum process conditions were established,such as,concentration of reactants,reaction time and negative pressure suction.2.The fluorescence performances of YxOy:Eu3+and YCexOy:Eu3+NWAs were studied,respectively.There are two emission peaks at 615nm(strong emission peak)and 702nm(weak emission peak)with excitation wavelength of 394nm,which corresponds to the 5D0-2F2 and the 5D0-7F4 energy level transition of Eu3+.The results indicated that the fluorescence intensity of YCexOy:Eu3+NWAs is stronger than that of Y2o3:Eu3+ NWAs,it indicated that Ce3+possesses fluorescence enhancement in YCexOy:Eu3+NWAs.When the doping concentration of Eu3+is 8%,the fluorescence intensity reaches a maximum.3.There has not any emission peaks for YCoxOy:Eu3+ with excitation wavelength of 394nm due to Co3+ doped in Y2O3:Eu3+NWAs,and doping Co3+leads to the fluorescence emission peaks of Y2O3:Eu3+ NWAs at 615nm and 702nm disappearing.Co3+ plays as a quenching agent in YCoxOy:Eu3+NWAs.4.YCexOy:Eu3+NWAs are candidate to be used as optical display or bio labeling based on the fluorescence emission peaks in red region,and YCoxOy:Eu3+ NWAs.YCoxOy:Eu3+NWAs will be potential applications in bio sensor or design nanodevice owing to the fluorescence enhancement of Ce3+and the fluorescence quenching of Co3+.
