The borehole of in-situ leaching of uranium was divided into pumping drilling,injection drilling and hydrological observation drilling from the functionality,and was divided into large diameter gravel filled drilling,slot type replaceable sand drilling,reaming type replaceable sand drilling from the well completion technology.The borehole of in-situ leaching of uranium was the extraction channel for ore leaching solution of in-situ leaching of uranium mine,and uranium mining was realized by in-situ leaching of uranium mining process.The investments of the borehole drilling for in-situ leaching of uranium was about 20 to 30 percent of the total investment of the mine construction.Its quality not only directly affected the pumping balance of the well field,leaching range and the size of the leaching corner,but also was related to the service life of drilling,which affected the economic benefits of enterprises.The drilling of in-situ leaching of uranium had the characteristics of large hole diameter,complex well completion technology,multiple acceptance indicators and so on.This paper discussed the drilling techniques points of the traditional gravel type uranium in Qianjiadian uranium deposit and the borehole structure of slot type replaceable sand and reaming type replaceable sand in details.For low water inflow and borehole collapse in individual borehole of in-situ leaching of uranium,this paper studied the low damage drilling fluid and anti-collapse drilling fluid.While based on the principle of ejector and with CFD analysis software,the self-made gravel filling device was optimized.In this paper,combining with the actual construction experience,the technological schemes for ensuring the quality of borehole of in-situ leaching of uranium in Qianjiadian uranium deposits was provided from the drilling construction technology points,the drilling fluid research and the equipment optimization,which had an important guiding significance for in-situ leaching of uranium.
