Discussion on the concept,based on non-covalent bonds between molecules is supramolecular chemistry.Supramolecular chemistry can also be said to be two or more substances to rely on intermolecular bond association.The same,it can be called the generalized coordination chemistry or Host-Guest Chemistry.Because supramolecular chemistry originated in the coordination chemistry.We know that the molecular chemistry is based on a covalent bond between molecules,and supramolecular chemistry field is"outside elements",which is closely related to materials science and life science.In the 21st century,supramolecular chemistry is recognized as one of the important development direction of chemical research,and molecular,metal cation and anion recognition is one of the main study of supramolecular chemistry.And in recent decades,based on binaphthol derivatives has become an important class of chemical sensors in small molecules and ions recognition applications,for it is an excellent chiral ligands and auxiliary agents,as well as unique hand and rigid structure,also play an extremely important role in the induction of chiral.Based on the above theory,this paper based on research from the beginning,and then introduces the fluorescent probe,binaphthol synthesis method and its application,and then discusses the design and synthesis of six to binaphthol as a basic skeleton of a fluorescent chemical sensor.It proved by the relevant tests,four of which have a fluorescent probe to identify the performance of metal ions.Proved by the relevant tests,wherein the four kinds of fluorescent probes have a metal cation recognition performance.Fluorescence of fluorescent probes M1 and M2 only can be quenched by Cu2+,and the other ions were added to the solution has no significantly changes,so both fluorescent probes can professional and efficient identify the copper ions,and to other ions,copper ions has a strong anti-interference.Only the Zn2+and Cd2+was added to the M3 and M4 of the system,the maximum absorption peak of the fluorescence spectrum red shift and the fluorescence intensity increased,it shows that Fluorescent probes M3 and M4 are both able to identify Zn2+and Cd2+.
