The research object of this paper is NTL-RU6E PCB NC forming machine provided by Nanjing some company.Various research means,such as theoretical madeling,multi-body dymatic simulation,experimental research and finite element analysis,are taken to analyze the static and dynamic characteristics of forming machine,and complete the optimal design for important parts.Main research contents in this paper are as follows:1.The accurate finite element model was built based on theoretical approach and modal test.Firstly,based on Hertz's contact theory and elastic mechanics,a theoretical model for stiffness of linear rolling guideways was established and the influence factors on its stiffness were analyzed.Experimental stiffness of linear guideways was obtained by modal test and component analysis method.Comparing with the theoretical stiffness,the relative error is about 3%,which verified the accuracy and reliability of the theoretical approach.Finally,using spring damper unit established the equivalent dynamic model.2.A simulation study combing ADAMS and ANSYS on the rigid-flexible coupling model of forming machine has been done.Firstly,based on muti-body system dynamics theory,the rigid model and the rigid--flexible coupling model were established;Next,the acceleration of machine was tested and the results were converted to driving function and the simulation was completed.At last,according to the results,the influence factors on forming precision were researched.3.The static and dynamic characteristic and influence factors on forming machine were analyzed.Combing modal test and finite element analysis,a accurate finite element model was built.Modal analysis and frequency response analysis were completed to identify which frequency and modal shape have more important influence on forming machine;The influence factors and its variety law on forming precision were researched,such as granite material and guideways stiffness;All these work give a basis for the late structure optimization.4.Optimal design of important parts with larger influence on forming precision was researched.Firstly.topology optimization and size optimization for forming machine element model was completed in the module of 'Optistruct'.The optimal design of important parts were completed based on the optimization results and the optimal scheme were determined.Compared with original design,the new structure not only reduce the weight,but also improve the static and dynamic performance of forming machine and precision.
