In recent years,the development of science and technology have presented a flourishing trend,and also derived a lot of economic benefits and environmental problems.The nanomaterials with special structure have the characters which don't exist in the other materials.Some of these nanomaterials have wide application in electronic photoelectric device;some can detect the poisonous gas and matter in the air.So developing the nano materials with excellent properties and pollution-free has a important scientific significance.Based on this,this article mainly includes the following two contents:1.At room temperature,ZnO has the band gap of 3.37 eV,with the excition binding energy of 60 meV,it has become one of the best choices of the preparation of the next generation of short wavelength light emitting diode(LED)and laser.This thesis synthesizes a kind of high-length-diameter ratio ZnO nanowires array by nanoskiving with big area and controllable uniform length.2.Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)has been widely used as a sensitive and can improve the Raman signal of 4-7 orders.The hot pos between two or more nanostructures can amplify Raman signals for single-molecule-level detection.Therefore this paper introduces a new nanostructure which is assembled gold nanoparticles with gold nanowires by nanoskiving,and it has a better quality in enhancing Raman signal.
